Greetings Dear Ones for I AM KRYON of Magnetic Service.

Once again it is wonderful to be back here in the Marina da Gama . There is much love and much change in the air; many, many different energies approaching and the energies of Mars and Venus become closer and closer bringing love and the aggressive energy to shake out what stops you loving. There is a whole new world ahead and your energies must be clear. We know you have been on the path for many years and we are going deeper and deeper, deeper into a new world, clearing out ancient, ancient wounds, going further and further back into past lives and time, healing scars that have affected lifetime after lifetime after lifetime almost from the beginning of time.

The time has come for the great shifts to happen. The time has come where the meek shall inherit the Earth. The ones that have taken their power have caused great upset and unhappiness over the years, particularly financially towards the end of 2008. This is what happens when you elect leaders that profiteer, when you elect leaders that are out of integrity with themselves and the nations that they lead. Leadership in men should come from a space of integrity within themselves. They should receive whatever they need through acting out of integrity and being absolutely in their authenticity. The days of this type of leader and leadership that is out of integrity is coming to an end.

It is very difficult for a family man with a wife and children to riot on the streets, but there has been civil unrest and civil disquiet for much lesser reason than the down-scaling of the U.S.A. and the global economy. This downscaling has occurred through greed and avarice and once again people completely out of integrity taking amounts of money for themselves, more than they could never ever spend in a lifetime. Taking money out of the pockets of people in difficult circumstances, people that have never owned their houses before, first time home owners that are having to sell their houses, a whole new world, a whole new system will be falling into place.

There will be shake down after shake down after shake down and those who stay in integrity, those who follow their heart and live their dream will be safe, will be secure, will bring on the support of the Divine. Those who act out of integrity will not wait till other lifetimes to act out their karmic debt they will receive what they give out in this lifetime. There is enough knowledge and enough wisdom now on the planet evenly dispersed for these kinds of things cannot happen any more on this planet. There is a new world happening and a new world beckons, the new world is coming.

There are to be many great, great shifts of energy flowing through mankind. Those who are conscious and working on consciousness will understand these shifts and these shifts will also happen for those who are not conscious, being led by those searching for consciousness. A new world, a whole new world, the new fantastic point of view, a completely different way of living, a completely different way of manifestation is just around the corner.

There are many worlds that live side by side with planet Earth, many worlds that can’t be seen that are far beyond the frequencies of human sight and human technology and these new worlds are working towards planet Earth coming and ascending to new levels of consciousness. There is more and more energy and more and more knowledge being beamed to this Earth creating a great awakening of the masses creating a great understanding. This will take a few years to unfold and those of you who are working on yourselves and becoming conscious of your behaviour and where your behaviour comes from will be at the cutting edge of this technology and your lives will begin to fall into place. Where you have experienced excessive trauma in this lifetime that trauma will begin to recede, the energies that you have found difficult to work with you will manage to overcome.

It is easy, very easy, to traumatize a child: all it takes is a lack of love. For no love can bring death to a child. If it doesn’t bring physical death then many aspects of the child will die. A child without love is like a torch without a battery, there is no energy for it to develop and the child begins to shut down certain areas so that it can survive. It shuts down certain areas of its intelligence and it learns to manipulate the truth through behaviours like selective hearing, selective vision, avoidance of what is should really be dealing with and what it shouldn’t have to deal with. Its parents were there to support the child to nurture and to nourish to make the child safe and secure, and where this has not happened a child becomes traumatized and that trauma plays out in adult life.

Many, many of you in the new age and on your spiritual path have struggled with this child that is traumatized. In very serious cases of trauma the child completely overtakes the personality of the person and it is as if you are living totally in the past, totally in that moment of trauma and fear and your lives are not allowed to unfold. If a life for a child without love happened in nature it would be as if a tree would shed its leaves, it would just let its leaves die off, perhaps because a tree would see rain as love and if there is no water to nurture and nourish the tree then the tree slowly but surely allows its leaves to die back and this is exactly what happens to a child. What has to happen is that trauma has to be visited and re-visited over and over and over again. It is not only the trauma that the child experienced that must be re-visited because trauma naturally weakens the child and the adult, and this trauma in this new energy you will be able to release this child of trauma. You will be able to regain your core strength in your stomach and begin to create for yourself a powerful life, a life of your dreams.

No matter how traumatized the inner child is you still have your dreams and your dreams are your journey and as long as you keep processing your trauma just gently wearing it away, releasing step by step little, little at a time, healing the inner fight the resistance within you will conquer this, you will conquer your own life you will become the master of your own destiny. You will bring more and more love into your own life. You will bring more and more love to this Earth for all to share and for all those that haven’t got the courage to walk the same path that you are walking you will give them many gifts. The power will belong to you for you will be the one that healed yourself, you will be the one that becomes enlightened. You will be the one that steps into truth, honesty and absolute integrity.

It is these wounded leaders that you are electing into power on this planet that are creating so many problems for the planet. They can’t see beyond themselves. They don’t have a vision of love. They don’t have a vision of how beautiful life can be. They can’t have that vision because the child controls them. The child, the hurt, the wounded child its needs are not fulfilled it’s full of want.

When you come to a stage of enlightenment you no longer have needs and you no longer have wants. You just are. Things just are the way they are. Whatever you want you have it, whatever you need you have it! There is no need to fuel relationships with fraudulent dealings, for your relationship with yourself is in harmony it’s just the way it should be.

There will be new ways of choosing leaders coming into the consciousness of man and once again this will take time, this will take a number of years for this consciousness has to filter through into the masses. It has to come from heaven and move into the Earth and the way that happens is through mankind. When the energy flows through man and man can accept these energies he must pull it through his own body and push it into Mother Earth. That is the way to change life on Mother Earth it is to bring through these new energies and to connect them into the Mother Earth, to ground them.

But one must be grounded oneself and this is the job and the duty and the will of the enlightened beings. They wish to impregnate the Earth with love, justice, freedom and ecstasy, all these beautiful energies. The days of suffering are not quite over but they will be over for there will be no need to suffer. There will be no need for others to make others suffer for there are many, many changes.

We in spirit world envisage an Earth plane far, far beyond what your imagination can deliver. There are those scientists that dream of travelling to the boundaries of outer space; there are others that dream of exploring the oceans; and others that dream of exploring the forests and the jungles, but the greatest exploration is the exploration of one’s self. The journey the Gnostics bring to you the journey of gnosis, the bringing into your body that special Divine wisdom, a special understanding not only of planet Earth but of man himself, of humanity, of how you work, of how you operate for you are all far more powerful than you could ever, ever, ever imagine.

There is much power far beyond the veil and the veils are being lifted. Slowly but surely those ones of you who can handle the responsibility of this great knowledge and wisdom it will be given to you. It will be yours to teach and to use and to allow to flow into the rest of humanity for consciousness is about responsibility. The more and more conscious you are the more and more responsible you are. Love is consciousness. We always said in these channellings that love is the only answer and each question and each problem is answered in love, is more and more darkness in the light, as there is more and more love in your hearts.

It is sometimes difficult to answer a problem with love when you operate through the consciousness of humanity, of human consciousness, but when you can ride beyond human consciousness and allow your heart to deeply connect with the Divine your answers will come and they won’t be the same answers that your head gives you. Your heartfelt answers will change your world. Just allow your heart to show you the way. Just try it with a few small problems. A few problems that you view as unimportant, trivial, and just throw a little love at those problems and just observe, just observe. It is like a plant with sunshine and water they will grow and they will blossom, they will transform, they will turn your life into love and you will become like a love machine.

The more and more you practice this art the more and more you will grow. You will grow like the trees grow in the Amazon forest where they are saturated in humidity, water, sunshine and ambient temperatures it creates so much growth – that is what love is. One of the most beautiful experiences that you can experience is to give love, just give it to yourself.

So we ask you to close your eyes and just drop deeper and deeper into your bodies for this room is filled with the Angelic realm: with the angels, the guides and the spirit guides. There is much love and we ask you to become soft, gentle like a kitten, playful. Just allow the energy of a kitten. Become the energy of a kitten, soft, furry and warm. Just allow yourselves to become this energy… Just allow your hearts to open and become soft. Just allow your hearts to open in the present and don’t allow this energy to move to any aspects of your inner child or your inner parents, your masculine or your feminine, just allow it to flow into you that’s present in this moment. It might sound strange but your soul understands. Just become soft and gentle in this moment. Let the love gently flow… Just let the love flow. Just give it to yourself. Where there is resistance or pain or an inner struggle, an inner fight just acknowledge this inner fight or whatever stops the flow of love… In acknowledging your inner pain or your hurt this blockage, belief pattern or thought will release.

For Dear Ones, this is the Kryon energy and we are here to deliver consciousness. It is yours for the receiving… Just become softer and softer, easier and easier, relax going deeper and deeper and deeper going deeper and deeper and deeper at the same time going higher and higher and higher. You are all these things. You can do and be all of these things all at the same time. Just allow yourselves to connect with the Moon and with Venus and Mars allow these special energies to flow into your hearts and become one. Expand into the Universe, expand beyond this small room, expand beyond who is sat next to you. Just expand, relax and expand. For in relaxation there is expansion. For in momentum there is rest and in rest there is momentum. Just become soft and gentle.

You are just like a computer zip file sometimes compressed, sometimes expanded flowing into everything. Just allow yourselves to flow into everything. Flow wherever you want to flow. Allow yourselves to flow into the new world. Flow to meet these new energies that are coming, for you are being held like the Sun holds the Earth, you are being held in a very special space to receive these new energies. The energies of love, the energies of clarity… As you are expanding becoming softer and more gentle we ask you to become more and more loving for that aspect of your inner child that you find most difficult to deal with; the part of your child that is traumatized, the part of your child that was starved of love, this is not all of you or all of your child just an aspect for the traumatized child creates a traumatized reality where things are stuck, where things don’t move, where abundance can’t flow, where there is no expansion and growth.

You will find that the likelihood is that you have been suppressing this child, using a lot of energy suppressing this aspect of your child. Your child fights you and you fight the child. When you fight the child what’s missing is love. For Dear Ones, you are all healers in this lifetime. The ones that hear these messages you had to experience this level of trauma in order to heal this trauma and hold the space for all those that come to you in search of healing. Just allow the softness, tenderness, the touch, allow the energies of responsibility to flow through your bodies taking full responsibility for whatever aspect of what happened to the inner child. Whatever you take responsibility for the answers will come to you and the healing will come to you. Secondly apologise to yourselves and to the child, for an apology is an expression of deep regret.

But you may question why apologise? Well you put that child through a very, very difficult childhood, a very painful lesson for a very painful experience and the likelihood is that the child won’t respond until it receives an apology. Also apologise to yourself for this child has created a reality all through your life where you haven’t managed to create the life of your dreams as a direct result. Usually one’s parents are involved and allow the apology to flow to wherever it needs to flow, parents, grandparents or any other third party for they also like to act in a certain way to traumatize the child, they could only have been traumatized themselves to be drawn into such behaviour.

The energy of apology is a gift, is a beautiful spiritual gift, not everybody has the gift of apology. So whatever gifts you do not have such as the gift of apology it would be wise to thank God for the miracle of the gift of apology. Give it to yourself… In order to resuscitate this child to bring it back to life, transform it from dead to alive, from stoic to moving with the energies of love and forgiveness. Fill this child with love and allow forgiveness to flow like the Amazon flows from the Andes to the Atlantic , never stopping, always flowing pushing the ocean back miles and miles and miles with its force and its power. Love has a force and a power it is so light you can hardly feel it, you can’t touch it. When it comes it comes and you know it is there.

So fill this beautiful little child of yours, the soft gentle part of you that got so wounded with love and forgiveness for inside the most gentlest, softest parts of yourself, the parts that are easiest to wound is your genius. Just let the love flow deeper and deeper and higher and higher expanded and dense. Let it come with all the opposites of what love can be. Let the love just come and like the gift of apology thank God for the miracle of the gift of love and the gift of forgiveness. For they are gifts, they are beautiful gifts.

Now allow for the energy of surrender to flow through this child, surrendering all the behaviour patterns that have followed with this energy of trauma. The wounded child never acts in alignment with your dreams the wounded child will always act and project its energy into the world completely the opposite way you want to live your life. It will operate anti to your life and to your dreams. That’s how you become aware of your inner child, your wounded child. Your wounded inner child creates a reality that does not align with your dreams but it makes you stronger and stronger, more and more aware, more and more powerful. It teaches about consciousness and how this world became the world that it is.

So allow the surrender of all these behaviour patterns that no longer serve you… and now let’s move on to the sixth necessary energy of healing that is the energy of gratitude. You may not feel grateful in this moment for that experience and the child definitely won’t be grateful but the present you have to accept that you have learned a great deal from this experience and you have derived great power and great wisdom, great healing energies as a result of going through this experience. Also on the flip side you can be grateful that you won’t be going through this experience again. So once again thank the Divine for the miracle of the gift of gratitude and remember the more grateful you are the more you get.

Just allow in the energy of gratitude for the experience you had and the experience that is now over, for all the wisdom and all the knowledge and all the love, for all the fun that you have had in the darkness and grateful now to be able to step more and more into the light. Remember that love conquers all and that you are love; that is where your power lies. Your power lies in pure authentic love. Your power lies in you being true to yourself and you being absolutely authentic. When the truth comes to you and you know that this is pure truth, then love ruthlessly, acting on the truth. Your angels are at your feet and your spirit guides surround you, they are washing your energies with love in awe and in honour of the work that you have done not only tonight but through your lifetime. Just receive this love wash, just receive this love, receive this connection and open yourself to guidance…

Now the final energy the energy of letting go, whenever you let go something better always, always, always comes, not 99% of the time but 100% of the time. Something better always comes. So allow the energy of letting go to permeate this event and this child and your inner parents and your inner grandparents and the inner you, your inner masculine and your inner feminine and all those aspects of yourself that can receive this energy of letting go. Just allow the letting go to happen, just like a tree lets go of its leaves in winter or in autumn in preparation for the winter. Let it go…

Dear Ones, you are magical beings of this universe and with each day that goes by you become more and more.

Project Censored specializes in covering the top stories which were subjected to press censorship either by being ignored or downplayed by the mainstream media each year. Project Censored is a research team composed of more than 200 university faculty, students, and community experts who annually review between 700 and 1,000 news story submissions for coverage, content, reliability of sources, and national significance. Top 25 Stories of 2008 Subjected to Press Censorship


1. Over One Million Iraqi Deaths Caused by US Occupation? (For full story, click here)

Nobody knows exactly how many lives the Iraq War has claimed. But even more astounding is that so few journalists have mentioned the issue or cited the top estimate: 1.2 million. During August and September 2007, a British polling group surveyed 2,414 adults in 15 of 18 Iraqi provinces and found that more than 20 percent had experienced at least one war-related death since March 2003. Using common statistical study methods, it determined that as many as 1.2 million people had been killed since the war began. Estimates range wildly and are based on a variety of sources. In October 2006, the British medical journal Lancet published a Johns Hopkins University study vetted by four independent sources that counted 655,000 dead. In January 2008, the World Health Organization and the Iraqi government did door-to-door surveys of nearly 10,000 households and put the number of dead at 151,000. The 1.2 million figure is out there, too, which is higher than the Rwandan genocide death toll and closing in on the 1.7 million who perished in Cambodia's killing fields. It raises questions about the real number of deaths from US aerial bombings and house raids, and challenges the common assumption that this is a war in which Iraqis are killing Iraqis. The Brookings Institute has reported that US troops have, over the past four years, conducted about 100 house raids a day. Brutality during these house searches has been documented (See #9 below). The aggressive "element of surprise" tactics employed by soldiers is likely resulting in several thousands of deaths a day that either go unreported or are categorized as insurgent casualties.

2. Security and Prosperity Partnership: Militarized NAFTA (For full story, click here)

Coupling the perennial issue of security with Wall Street's measures of prosperity, the leaders of the three North American nations convened the Security and Prosperity Partnership. The White House-led initiative — launched at a March 23, 2005, meeting of President Bush, Mexico's then-president Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin — joins beefed-up commerce with coordinated military operations to promote what it calls "borderless unity." Critics call it "NAFTA on steroids." However, unlike NAFTA, the SPP was formed in secret, without public input. "The SPP is not a law, or a treaty, or even a signed agreement," Laura Carlsen wrote in a report for the Center for International Policy. "All these would require public debate and participation of Congress, both of which the SPP has scrupulously avoided." Instead the SPP has a special workgroup: the North American Competitiveness Council [NACC]. It's a coalition of private companies that are, according to the SPP website, "adding high-level business input [that] will assist governments in enhancing North America's competitive position and engage the private sector as partners in finding solutions." The NACC includes the Chevron Corporation, Ford Motor Company, General Electric, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Merck, Procter & Gamble Co., and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. A look at NAFTA's unpopularity among citizens in all three nations is evidence of why its expansion would need to be disguised. "It's a scheme to create a borderless North American Union under US control without barriers to trade and capital flows for corporate giants, mainly US ones," wrote Steven Lendman in Global Research.

3. InfraGard: The FBI Deputizes Business (For full story, click here)

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security have effectively deputized 23,000 members of the business community, asking them to tip off the feds in exchange for preferential treatment in the event of a crisis. "The members of this rapidly growing group, called InfraGard, receive secret warnings of terrorist threats before the public does — and, at least on one occasion, before elected officials," Matthew Rothschild wrote in the March 2008 issue of The Progressive. InfraGard was created in 1996. Membership now includes 350 of the nation's Fortune 500 companies. The group's 86 chapters coordinate with 56 FBI field offices nationwide. While FBI Director Robert Mueller has said he considers this segment of the private sector "the first line of defense," the American Civil Liberties Union issued a grave warning about the potential for abuse. "There is evidence that InfraGard may be closer to a corporate TIPS program, turning private-sector corporations ... into surrogate eyes and ears for the FBI. The FBI should not be creating a privileged class of Americans who get special treatment," stated Jay Stanley, public education director of the ACLU's technology and liberty program. And they are privileged: a DHS spokesperson told Rothschild that InfraGard members receive special training and readiness exercises. They're also privy to protected information that is usually shielded from disclosure under the trade secrets provision of the Freedom of Information Act. The information they have may be of critical importance to the general public, but first it goes to the privileged membership

4. ILEA: Is the US Restarting Dirty Wars in Latin America? (For full story, click here)

The School of the Americas [SOA] earned an unsavory reputation in Latin America after many graduates of the Fort Benning, Ga., facility turned into counterinsurgency death squad leaders. The International Law Enforcement Academy recently installed by the Unites States in El Salvador — which looks, acts, and smells like the SOA — is also drawing scorn. The school is funded with $3.6 million from the US Treasury and staffed with instructors from the DEA, ICE, and FBI. It's tasked with training 1,500 police officers, judges, prosecutors, and other law enforcement agents in counterterrorism techniques per year. It's stated purpose is to make Latin America "safe for foreign investment" by "providing regional security and economic stability and combating crime." ILEAs aren't new, but past schools located in Hungary, Thailand, Botswana, and Roswell, N.M., haven't been terribly controversial. Salvadoran human rights organizers take issue with the fact that, in true SOA fashion, the ILEA releases neither information about its curriculum nor a list of students and graduates. Additionally, the way the school slipped into existence without public oversight has raised ire. As Wes Enzinna noted in a North American Congress on Latin America report, "Members of the US Congress were not briefed about the academy, nor was the main opposition party in El Salvador." Now, after more than three years in operation, critics point out that Salvadoran police, who account for 25 percent of the graduates, have become more violent. A May 2007 report by Tutela Legal implicated Salvadoran National Police (PNC) officers in eight death squad–style assassinations in 2006.

5. Seizing War Protesters’ Assets (For full story, click here)

Protesting war could get you into big trouble, according to a critical read of two executive orders recently signed by President Bush. The first, issued July 17, 2007, and titled, "Blocking property of certain persons who threaten stabilization efforts in Iraq," allows the feds to seize assets from anyone who "directly or indirectly" poses a risk to the US war in Iraq. And, citing the modern technological ease of transferring funds and assets, the order states that no prior notice is necessary before the raid. On Aug. 1, Bush signed another order, similar but directed toward anyone undermining the "sovereignty of Lebanon or its democratic processes and institutions." In this case, the Secretary of the Treasury can seize the assets of anyone perceived as posing a risk of violence, as well as the assets of their spouses and dependents, and bans them from receiving any humanitarian aid. Critics say the orders bypass the right to due process and the vague language makes manipulation and abuse possible. Protesting the war could be perceived as undermining or threatening US efforts in Iraq. "This is so sweeping, it's staggering," said Bruce Fein, a former Reagan administration official in the Justice Department who editorialized against it in the Washington Times. "It expands beyond terrorism, beyond seeking to use violence or the threat of violence to cower or intimidate a population."

6. The Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act (For full story, click here)

On Oct. 23, 2007, the House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed — by a vote of 404-6 — the "Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act," designed to root out the causes of radicalization in Americans. With an estimated four-year cost of $22 million, the act establishes a 10-member National Commission on the Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism. The bill's author, Rep. Jane Harman (D-Los Angeles) said, "Free speech, espousing even very radical beliefs, is protected by our Constitution. But violent behavior is not." In a later press release Harman stated: "the National Commission [will] propose to both Congress and [DHS Secretary Michael] Chertoff initiatives to intercede before radicalized individuals turn violent." Which could be when they're speaking, writing, and organizing in ways that are protected by the First Amendment. This redefines civil disobedience as terrorism, say civil rights experts, and the wording is too vague. "What is an extremist belief system? Who defines this? These are broad definitions that encompass so much. It is criminalizing thought and ideology," said Alejandro Queral, executive director of the Northwest Constitutional Rights Center in Portland, Ore. The story didn't make it onto the CNN ticker, but enough independent sources reported on it that the equivalent Senate Bill 1959 has since stalled. After introducing the bill, Sen. Susan Collins (R-Me.), later joined forces with Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) on a report criticizing the Internet as a tool for violent Islamic extremism.

7. Guest Workers Inc.: Fraud and Human Trafficking (For full story, click here)

Every year, about 121,000 people legally enter the United States to work with H-2 visas, a program legislators are touting as part of future immigration reform. Rep. Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) called this guest worker program "the closest thing I've ever seen to slavery." The Southern Poverty Law Center likened it to "modern day indentured servitude." They interviewed thousands of guest workers and reviewed legal cases for a report released in March 2007, which concluded "Unlike US citizens, guest workers do not enjoy the most fundamental protection of a competitive labor market — the ability to change jobs if they are mistreated. If guest workers complain about abuses, they face deportation, blacklisting, or other retaliation." When visas expire, workers must leave the country, hardly making this the path to permanent citizenship legislators are looking for. Still, Mexicans are literally lining up for H-2B status, the stark details of which were reported by Felicia Mello in The Nation. Furthermore, thousands of illegal immigrants are employed throughout the country, providing cheap, unprotected labor and further undermining the scant provisions of the laws. Labor contractors who connect immigrants with employers are stuffing their pockets with cash, while the workers return home with very little money. The Southern Poverty Law Center outlined a list of comprehensive changes needed in the program, concluding, "For too long, our country has benefited from the labor provided by guest workers but has failed to provide a fair system that respects their human rights and upholds the most basic values of our democracy. The time has come for Congress to overhaul our shamefully abusive guest worker system."

8. Executive Orders Can Be Changed Secretly (For full story, click here)

The Bush administration's Office of Legal Counsel in the Department of Justice has been issuing classified legal opinions about surveillance for years. As a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) had access to the DOJ opinions on presidential power and had three declassified to show how the judicial branch has, in a bizarre and chilling way, assisted President Bush in circumventing its own power. According to the three memos: "There is no constitutional requirement for a President to issue a new executive order whenever he wishes to depart from the terms of a previous executive order"; "The President, exercising his constitutional authority under Article II, can determine whether an action is a lawful exercise of the President's authority under Article II"; and "The Department of Justice is bound by the President's legal determinations." As Whitehouse rephrased in a Dec. 7, 2007, Senate speech: "I don't have to follow my own rules, and I don't have to tell you when I'm breaking them. I get to determine what my own powers are. The Department of Justice doesn't tell me what the law is. I tell the Department of Justice what the law is." The issue arose within the context of the Protect America Act, which expands government surveillance powers and gives telecom companies legal immunity for helping. Whitehouse, a former US Attorney, legal counsel to Rhode Island's governor, and Rhode Island Attorney General who took office in 2006, went on to point out that Marbury vs. Madison, written by Chief Justice John Marshall in 1803, established that it is "emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is."

9. Iraq and Afghanistan Vets Testify (For full story, click here)

Hearing soldiers recount their war experiences is the closest many people come to understanding the real horror, pain, and confusion of combat. One would think that might make compelling copy or powerful footage for a news outlet. But in March, when more than 300 veterans from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan convened for four days of public testimony on the war, they were largely ignored by the media. Winter Soldier was designed to give soldiers a public forum to air some of the atrocities they witnessed. Winter Soldier was originally convened by Vietnam Vets Against the War in January 1971 when more than 100 Vietnam veterans described their war experiences, including rapes, torture, brutalities, and killing of non-combatants. The testimony was entered into the Congressional Record and shown at the Cannes Film Festival. Iraq Veterans Against the War hosted the 2008 reprise of the 1971 hearings. Former Marine Cpl. Jason Washburn said, "his commanders encouraged lawless behavior. 'We were encouraged to bring 'drop weapons.' In case we accidentally shot a civilian, we could drop the weapon on the body and pretend they were an insurgent.'" Interviews with 50 Iraq war veterans also revealed a general disregard for the traditional rules of war. Though most major news outlets sent staff to cover New York's Fashion Week, few made it to the Winter Soldier hearings. Fortunately, KPFA and Pacifica Radio broadcast the testimonies live. They were "deluged with phone calls, e-mails, and blog posts from service members, veterans, and military families thanking us for breaking a cultural norm of silence about the reality of war." 10. American Psychological Association Complicit in CIA Torture (Full story here)

Psychologists have been assisting the CIA and US military with interrogation and torture of Guantánamo detainees — which the American Psychological Association [APA] has said is fine, despite objections from many of its 148,000 members. A 10-member APA task force was convened on the divisive issue in July 2005 and found that assistance from psychologists was making the interrogations safe. The task force was criticized by APA members for deliberating in secret, and later it was revealed that six of the 10 participants had ties to the armed services. Not only that, but as Katherine Eban reported in Vanity Fair, "Psychologists, working in secrecy, had actually designed the tactics and trained interrogators in them while on contract to the CIA." In particular, psychologists honed a classified military training program known as SERE [Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape] that teaches soldiers how to tough out torture if captured by enemies. Eban's story outlined how SERE tactics were spun as "science" despite a lack of data and the critique that building rapport works better than blows to the head. It's been misreported that CIA torture techniques got Al Qaeda operative Abu Zubaydah to talk, when it was actually FBI rapport-building. In spite of this, SERE techniques became standards in interrogation manuals that eventually made their way to US officers guarding Abu Ghraib. Ongoing uproar within the APA resulted in a petition to make an official policy limiting psychologists' involvement in interrogations.

You might want to pay attention to CNN TV News tomorrow. Today, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barack Obama and Bill Clinton stated that they will be holding a Presss Conference on CNN TOMORROW, and what they have to say will "enrich every american". That is most likely the overview of their 'Economic Stimulus Package' which they will be presenting to the NEW 111th Congress tomorrow.
The NEW Congress will be seated at that time. There are stories that suggest that Hillary will resign her Senatorial position, today, and that Caroline Kennedy will definitely take her place. There is no evidence that she has done that as yet.

Al Franken will be declared the winner of the Minnesota election for Senator, Paul Wellstone's old position-- before he was given a blast off this plane. That announcement by the Minnesota State officials will take place in about 90 minutes.

Barack Obama has moved his family into the White House. He flew from Chicago to D.C. on a slightly 'repainted' Air Force One. The lettering on the side simply says: United States of America. So they just aren't calling it Air Force One...yet.

Of course, we would love for it to be NESARA's Announcement,tomorrow, but that will probably require some more whistleblowers talking about 911 as an inside job, and several thousand arrests.
The 300 Naval vessels from many different countries, US, China, Japan, Iran, UK, etc deployed in a circle around an "anomoly" described as coming out of the seabed and creating a vortex with suspended 'metallic rings' which we know to be part of an ancient stargate technology that has been dormant for aeons of time and has now self-activated and punched a hole in the atmosphere that has not diminished for several weeks.

Yesterday, the King of Egypt(KOE) called and told us that long, cigar-shaped silver starcraft are momentarily decloaking as they come through that interdimensional stargate. I believe they are part of Lord Anton's Silver Fleet coming from the higher dimensions of the Agartha Network from within the Inner Earth.

The Canadian Action Party strongly condemns Israeli's aggression

The Canadian Action Party strongly condemns Israeli's aggression against the Palestinians and urges Israel to restrain their forces from a ground invasion of Palestinian territories which threatens the lives of many defenceless and helpless citizens.

Although we also condemn the launching of rockets by Hamas against the citizens of Israel, we understand that the Palestinian are essentially powerless against the war machine of the Israelis and are a people on the verge of starvation and extermination.

We do not consider that the actions of the Israeli government serve the citizens of Israel, nor do they represent the viewpoint of Jewish communities around the world.

These assaults are out of all proportion to the threats posed to Israel by Hamas, a legally elected government of a sovereign yet imprisoned peoples. A ground military operation into Gaza will neither deny nor deter the ability of Hamas to fire rockets.

We condemn also the Canadian and American political parties and leaders who express their undying loyalty to Israel, no matter what atrocities they commit while masquerading these aggressions as necessary for the security of Israel.

The air was tense as pro-Palestinian protestors of all ages gathered at Yonge and Dundas square in Toronto yesterday. Across the street stood about 200 pro-Israel demonstrators. Demonstrators brought Younge street traffic to a standstill. Similar protests are happening across the globe.

The Canadian Action Party condemns the Israeli attacks on Gaza and Hamas as disporoportionate, incendiary, and requiring a strong message from our government to take a firm stand against aggressor nations that continue this global siege of inciting terrorism in the name of fighting terrorism.

Terrorism, or the threat thereof, will never be defeated by the machinations of war, security and prosperity partnerships, or exorbitant military budgets.

It is time that Canada, and our leadership, takes a stand on world affairs, that expresses the peaceful nature the Canadian people have towards each other, and humanity. Condemnation of Israeli invasion of Gaza is warranted. Extrication of our own military forces from Afgahanistan is overdue. Refusal of our nation to partake in, support, and/or condone militarized actions against sovreign states is overdue.

Canada is a peacekeeping nation not a war mongering nation. We seem to have lost our courage, voice, stance, and independence to speak up and out as a Nation and peoples, sperate form the global community which now dictates our international voice, or lack thereof.

New York, NY -- As I write this report, it is 3:12 in the morning. I was awoken by repeated phone calls, which, to my complete shock, were coming from from Jerusalem, Israel.

On the phone was an Israeli who claimed to be completely knowledgeable about something that I have reported on my web site for several years and he was about to change my life by providing me proof.

For years, my former radio show and my web site have been the ONLY media outlets ever to report the vast money-laundering and bribery scheme perpetrated by the Israeli government with members of the United States Congress as co-conspirators.

The scheme works like this: The U.S. Congress votes to send between $3 Billion and $6 Billion free cash to Israel every year under the guise of "foreign aid." When the money arrives, the Israeli government takes several hundred million and puts it aside to be sent back to the USA through Jewish Political Action Committees, and donated to the political campaigns of the Congress members most friendly to Israel. By funding Israel, certain members of Congress actually guarantee they'll have enough campaign cash to get re-elected.

No one investigated it because there was never any way to PROVE what was being done. This morning that changed.

The Israeli who called me is personally disgusted with his governments ongoing attacks against unarmed civilians in the West Bank and Gaza strip. He says the bombing of civilians has been far worse than reported in the media, with at least 2,000 dead and 10,000 injured.

He had hoped the Israeli government would call a truce, but minutes before he called me, the Israeli Cabinet REFUSED to order a truce.

He told me "When I heard they refused the cease fire, I knew my government was nothing more than a group of murderous butchers. I can't live with myself if I stand-by and do nothing."

So he called me and has blown the lid off the money laundering and bribery that I have reported on for years.

The Israeli sent me electronic files showing bank account numbers and routing numbers for Israeli government accounts, bank routing numbers and account numbers for NAMED members of the United States House of Representatives, the United States Senate and even elected officials in various states! The spreadsheet files are not completely in the English language but what they show is clear.

The data shows who got how much and when. The most important thing: Many of these money transfers from the Israeli government to Congress were wired DIRECTLY from Israeli government accounts into active U.S. campaign accounts - illegal foreign donations!!! Even more astonishing is that in many cases, Israeli government funds were wired directly into active PERSONAL ACCOUNTS of members of Congress and members of state governments!!!!!!!

Did you get that? Personal accounts! Bribe money wired from a foreign government into personal accounts of members of Congress!!!!!!!

Each such wire transfer is a federal FELONY and there are DOZENS of these transfers into the personal accounts of more than one hundred members of Congress and dozens of members of the Senate!

I have huge amounts of data detailing who got what, when, from which Israeli gov't account, into which political or PERSONAL account at what bank located in what country!!!!

Folks, this is huge. The level of bribery is unfathomable; we're talking hundreds of millions of dollars over the last 6 - 9 years. The level of detail contained in these reports is so incredibly thorough it would make the IRS envious!

In addition, the files show which Political Action Committess got how much and contains the INSTRUCTIONS sent to those Political action committees directly from the Israeli governemnt about who they should donate to!

This is going to totally scuttle the Israeli government and the U.S. Federal Government. It's over. When I release this, so many elected officials in this country are going to be arrested and jailed that the government will collapse. It's over for them. It is FINALLY over for them.

Before I wrote this, I forwarded copies of the electronic data to six people whom I trust in case I get murdered. This is the type of thing that gets people killed but since I am trying to save my country. . . . . . . well. . . . . . . saving America is worth dying for.

I am now making print outs and will make copies and send those copies to trusted friends with instructions to release them if anything happens to me.

In that regard I want all of you to know right now that I am healthy. I do not use illegal drugs and am not on any medications of any type. I will never commit suicide, suffer from any overdose of illegal drugs, suffer any allergic reaction to any medication. I won't engage the police in a shoot out or a high speed chase. I drive safely. I'm a regular, healthy, happy, normal married 46 year old man.
If I die, you know they got to me.

I intend to publish this information, including names, dates and account numbers, here on the web.

It will take some time to prepare the info for publication since spreadsheets are not the simplest way to deliver news.

I think I will present it grouped as follows: First, by member of congress; next by members of certain committees, then by dates the money was wired versus legislation that was voted upon. It will take time to cross reference all of this and format it so it is clear concise and connects the dots in an unambiguous way.

I must admit the thought of using this information as . . . . .leverage. . . . . against these powerful members of Congress has crossed my mind. But rather than enrich myself - or get jailed for extortion -- I think I'll do the right thing and release it all publicly.

In the meantime, The Israeli Knesset would do well to immediately reconsider their refusal to call a truce. I think bombing unarmed civilians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip has gone on quite long enough. I think it should stop. Now.

As for members of Congress and the Senate, you may want to start researching which countries you can flee to that do not have extradition treaties with the United States. Your time is just about up.

UPDATE 10:05 AM EDT, 31 DECEMBER, 2008 -- As the electronic files are being translated into English, more names have been popping up; names of present and former key members of the U.S. Media! Yes, you read that correctly.

Apparently, in addition to paying off members of the US Congress, the state of Israel has been bribing media big shots - from Editors and Assignment editors at VERY LARGE newspapers in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, to Producers and even Anchors at certain large TV News Networks.

When the translations to English came across unfamiliar names, we Googled those names and are that how we started coming up with these media big shots.

The leaking of these files is shining a light on a level of corruption both in government and media that one would not have imagined possible. More details later. . . . . . .

A series of peculiar entries has been translated showing payments from bank accounts owned by something called Loh'ama Psichologit to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) in New York City.

A google search for Loh'ama Psichologit has found it is the Literature and Propaganda arm of the Israeli Intelligence Agency, "Mossad"

Why would there be a payment from a propaganda arm of the Israeli Mossad to the Anti Defamation League? Is the ADL an instrument of foreign propaganda, funded by a foreign government? Are they even registered as a foreign agent with the US Government?

The routing numbers for some of the RECEIVING Banks involved show that members of the US Congress and US Senate have bank accounts in places like: Barbados, Lichtenstein, Switzerland, The Turks and Caicos Islands, the Cayman Islands and "the City of London".

Why would members of the US Congress be receiving foreign money from Israel into offshore bank accounts?

This is quickly becoming an enormous and tangled web. The more we uncover as the files are tranlated, the worse it gets!

I'm kind of hoping that someone sues me over this so I can avail myself of the Discovery Process and delve deeply with Subpoena power.

Maybe it's a character flaw in my nature, but I'm really starting to think that since money makes the world go round, why shouldn't I just stop, shut up and offer to get on-board this gravy train? What the hell am I going to gain by being the guy with the White hat riding in on a white horse to clean things up?

I'm asking myself, at what point do I mature into being a practical man rather than an ideologue?

Seeing all this cash changing hands is a corrupting thing. I'm starting to think that if I was more practical and made sure I wasn't greedy, maybe I could score a home run.

These people are throwing around hundreds of millions of dollars like it's chump change. If I got a half million a year or maybe a single, lump sum of a few million, they might think they got off cheap and I could be really happy. Forever.

Hmmmmm. This is bad. I'm starting to have a crisis of conscience and of personal honor. Shit. This is the last thing I need right now.

UPDATE 1:36 PM EDT

As more and more of the electronic files are read and translated, bank accounts in the names of VERY prestigious law firms and innocuous "front companies" throughout the country are surfacing. The records show wire transfers to these law firms and "front companies" are denoted with the names of members of Congress and the Senate. Apparently, great effort was used to conceal who was getting thee payoffs from the Israeli government, but nonetheless, the spreadsheets are showing who got how much.

It now appears clear this is going to take a very long time to sort out.

Friends of mine have written warning me to be extremely careful and to copyright the material so that I can publish it as a book. Interesting idea.

That would allow me to earn a profit from releasing the information without selling my soul to those perpetrating these crimes who would want to buy me off to shut me up.
