Selamat Jarin! We return to tell you about some interesting developments! At present, we are working with our Earth allies to secure the formal release of the deliveries. We have also set up the final procedures for the switch from the present corporate de facto US regime to the new caretaker one. This particular scenario has been revised to accommodate many among the Earth allies who feel that a slightly different type of government change is essential, as a result of a series of final discussions with the dark cabal. We are considering these developments within the context of our preparations for our first global announcements, as these last-minute changes may be much more lengthy than expected. The purpose of these final diplomatic exchanges is to toughen up the accords to ensure that the government changeover goes smoothly and without major hitches. These agreements include several separate financial packages that are also receiving some final adjustments. An initial four-month segment is being added to the banking accords that lead to the break-up of the world's largest banking institutions.
These additions in no way alter what is to happen. What they represent is the need for this financial package to be a true indicator of the Earth allies' determination to establish a universally prosperous, hard currency financial system. The precise logistics of this are something that the new President and his new cabinet are to discuss at length with the American people and the peoples of your world. It is to be a decentralized, regional system and will be partially reliant on the spread of the abundance funds that are to be issued on the same day as the temporary regime takes over the reins of power. The exigencies of this timing make it essential that we do what is necessary to ensure that the deliveries go off as planned, and so we have initiated a series of actions using our technology and the expertise of our technical personnel. Hence, these critical disbursements, when finally okayed by our Earth allies, will be done swiftly and easily by our designated personnel. This task is receiving its final prerequisites even as we speak. The drive behind all this is to complete these pivotal tasks as quickly as possible.

This first-contact mission has become fully tasked with setting up global governments that are qualified to receive our contact, although we have already had much interaction with several major and minor governments throughout your world. These diplomatic pursuits have given us a comprehensive understanding of how your global power structure operates. This construct has spawned regimes that are deeply entwined in the wealth creation process of this global structure, and the only solution to our dilemma is to procure basic changes to the very foundation of this power construct. To this end we have recruited powerful groups and individuals seriously committed to an entirely new way of putting wealth and power together. Our growing mutual friendships with these people have resulted in what is about to happen, rendering the dark cabal and its dogged obstinacy expendable. This first-contact mission is about returning you to full consciousness, not assuaging a pampered and hubristic few! This objective was made more difficult by the appearance here of members of the Anchara Alliance.

Members of the Orion Alliance were able to obtain a series of formal working relationships with a number of your major governments. These led to technology exchanges as well as the means to retrieve numerous craft, together with their personnel, which crashed on your world. These accords also included training programs in which members of your military traveled to other worlds to discover how time travel and teleportation operate. Consequently, several missions by your secret military were undertaken to alter your history vis-à-vis Atlantis. These missions ultimately failed. The timeline that you are on has been altered by Heaven and the divine plan, and will shortly deliver you to the great changes we have long been telling you about. The inability of the dark cabal to change this new Heaven-bound timeline is what set off their initial panic. At this point, the cabal is fully cognizant of the fact that a positive first contact by the Galactic Federation is inevitable and underway!

As we have stated, these are the last few moments of this present reality. It is being divinely transformed, along with your planet, your solar system, and you. Many aspects of this reality can be seen to be changing. Signs of this include the rather 'odd' placement of the moon in the night sky and the strange perturbations of many stars and nearby worlds. These are portents of the immense changes that every part of your reality is now going through, and our role is to be a catalyst for these changes. The former Anchara Alliance members who were once in relationship with the dark cabal are assisting us in the preparations for carrying out a successful first contact with you. Know that this is the time when all of this is slated to manifest. A series of astonishing events is unfolding before you!

These events set the stage for what we intend to accomplish next. Your present societies are obligated to mere de facto regimes, orchestrated by the whims of the dark elites who wish to control you as before. These intentions run counter to the decrees of the Light! Therefore has the Light sent us to reorder your world and move you into full consciousness, and we can report that the first part of this remit is being carried out. The governmental and economic structures set up by the dark at the end of the Roman Empire have come to the end of their usefulness as tools for expressing its power. The cabal's trials and tribulations will not cease until it relinquishes the power now so manifestly lost to them. Dratzo! We come again with much to say about happenings on your world. At this time a pall has descended over the dark cabal. Suddenly, these smug and superior Beings are beginning to realize that their long reign over you is coming to an end. An aura of melancholy pervades their very being, and our diplomats are finding it difficult to carry on conversations with these individuals appointed by the cabal to work with us on the logistics of the power transfers to the caretaker regimes. This clearly indicates that these former world bullies are becoming more resigned to their impending fate. Our Earth allies, on the other hand, are sensing that their hard-won victory is truly upon them. This realization has put a bounce in their step and raised their spirits, making their outlook and attitudes much more amenable to work with. We are excitedly looking forward to a whole raft of astonishing changes in the way your world operates. The first item on the agenda is, of course, the prosperity deliveries, followed swiftly by sudden regime changes, the key catalyst being the major shake-up in the US government in Washington.

These caretaker regimes will start the process of restructuring government and returning governance to de jure status. In so doing, the unalienable rights of humanity can become the raison d'être of government. The welter of illegal statutes accumulated over many decades can begin to be rolled back. The originally intended, true nature of your national republics and constitutional monarchies can then reemerge. Selamat Balik! We come again with more to discuss with you. At present, we are engaged in talks with our Earth allies concerning how best to expedite their various agendas. We have suggested to them that any remaining hurdles or complications be left for us to take care of. We intend to get these last difficulties out of the way by using policies first outlined some six years ago. Furthermore, Heaven has given us a specific timetable. Mother Earth is now in the midst of changes that require us to make a more open appearance in the coming months, and to do this we need Earth's governments to be more cooperative than they are at present. The only way to obtain the requisite level of cooperation is with regime change and so we intend to quickly remove any remaining obstacles. We no longer have time to massage egos or nurture anyone's feelings of self-worth. Our liaison personnel are advising our Earth allies of this shift in approach and we fully expect positive replies. We have also instructed our ambassadors to deliver a series of specific messages to several of your governments.

These messages address the need to enforce a legal regime change. It is high time to bring about the conditions that are prerequisites to first contact. We have little patience for yet further delays and dearly wish to get on with the schedule that we promised Heaven would be completed by this time. Sadly, your governments feel that unreasoning obstinacy is a valid raison d'être and are carrying on relentlessly down the path to global destruction. We strongly disagree with their goal and have expressed our displeasure at their intractability. Therefore, we have put into play the means to achieve a legal regime change in many major governments. This meets with the approval of our Agarthan cousins, and our Earth allies, too, seem ready to follow our lead. A series of moves are now underway which will manifest the prosperity deliveries and allow the overdue regime changes to take place. Our advanced technologies are in place and we are in a position to help our Earth allies de-claw the last ruling cadres of the dark cabal. Once this is done, we can soothe Mother Earth, thus preventing a series of natural catastrophes.

Mother Earth is moving into a new phase of her transformation from a limited to a fully conscious world. This change requires a substantial weakening of her geomagnetic and gravitational fields. Once a specific point is reached, she can calibrate her next moves with the Sun's. This allotted time of joint calibration is presently occurring, which explains the additional light coming from the Sun. The final stage of first contact will accomplish this and change your world very much for the better, where you can achieve your true and heart-felt objectives with glee. This fast-approaching world is one you can barely imagine as full consciousness must be experienced to be believed. In this state, interaction with your environment happens on many levels simultaneously. The amount of information you can process each second is immense! Another revelation is the huge amelioration in the way you interact with your fellows; and again, this occurs on many levels. You are veritably bombarded with data both from various physical realities and from the innumerable spiritual realms you inhabit. You are both a physical and a spiritual Being of immense talents and capabilities; however, in any particular lifetime you choose one of these realities as your principle focus. Thus you are born into a specific clan, having carefully chosen your parents and the podlet community they live in.

This fully conscious world nurtures you even before your birth. As a newborn you have the ability to be telepathically connected to your entire community and, in comparison to your present abilities, your learning capacity is prodigious. You discover how your segment of galactic society operates and what to expect as you go through a prolonged learning-process that takes you through the first seventy years of life. You learn about your chosen talents and how to work with others to hone your skills. You find out how to make your own unique contribution to solving the challenges your podlet may face. You bask in your sovereignty and explore your responsibilities to enhance your community and expand your potential. You are in a constant state of joy which you express gracefully with all those around you. This zest for life motivates you to explore who you are and to contribute your best to your podlet.

As you grow toward adulthood, you become more and more acculturated into your society. You start to travel both to other parts of your home world and to the other worlds that make up your star-nation. You participate in the rituals that are a sacred aspect of your daily life. You learn to interact with the different ecologies that compose the inner and surface realms of your home world, and these excursions bring you into contact with the many clans that make up your galactic society. This helps you appreciate fully the multiple complexities that conjoin to form the organic whole that is your home world's galactic society. This nurturing web can then be extended to include the entire star-nation. It forms a fulfilling holistic bubble around you, graciously demonstrating the fully conscious way of life.

When you volunteer for duty with a Galactic Federation Science & Exploration fleet, you do so in order to extend your knowledge of this galaxy and to mentor others on their journey to full consciousness. Many star-nations that are accepted into the G.F. are either on the verge of full consciousness or have just become so. These moments are special and treasured opportunities for the fleet to experience with these newly accepted members the joy that is full consciousness. In your case, we have come under entirely different circumstances. Nevertheless, we come, as always, to mentor you, and to share and enhance your path to full consciousness. 'remove those bent on preventing your survival'

Selamat Balik! We return with more to discuss with you. Presently, important talks with the dark cabal's leaders are being held at various locations around your globe. These secret meetings pave the way for the transition of several major governments. Concurrently, those who study the changing conditions of your world's economy sense that an economic disaster, akin to that of September 2008, could happen this fall. These dire warnings have had unsettling effects on the world's major stock, bond, and commodity boards, especially since the principle banks have failed to recover from that tumultuous time. Indeed, the amount of unreported debt has risen a hundredfold or more. These predicaments haunt the dark cabal's power structures, and no solution seems possible other than a direct transfer of power to our Earth allies. Yet the dark is hesitant to give up and face the consequences offered to them by the Light. This is the urgent impasse we are now fully engaged in; a transfer of power needs to be made and made swiftly by the dark.
We enter these negotiations knowing full well what is expected of us. Not only has the dark overstayed its time in power, but it remains arrogant to the point of demanding to be exempt from the consequences of its vile actions. Across the planet poverty and disease is spreading. The scrabble for existence for the vast majority of your world population has deepened in the past decade, despite the availability of a wealth so vast that it could easily resolve these blights. Again, not only are the dark cabalists sitting on this huge abundance but they are also preventing the distribution of another enormous fund belonging to the Earth allies. All this must be put right immediately, which is why we initiated the present talks with the dark. We do not wish to be seen by you as anything other than a beneficent presence, whose purpose is to ensure that the necessary changes happen in your governments and in your global economy. Our concern is that a minority of your populace fervently believes in the concept of 'evil invaders from outer space'. This fiction has been hammered home by your mass entertainment media since the late 1930s.

There exists a more direct means to ensure the dark's full compliance to Heaven's and our demands as we possess the technology to easily police these agreements. Naturally, we do not wish to show our hand until such is required. In its secret inventory the dark has several types of technology that were kept deliberately primitive by their former off-world allies. We became privy to this information once these former dark allies opted to join the Light back in 1995. Archangel Michael at that time gave us access to a number of sacred decrees that were put into effect throughout this galaxy in 1995. These were subsequently honored by the dark galactic creator, Anchara, leading to the galactic treaty between the former Anchara Alliance and the Galactic Federation of Light. From this treaty surfaced a huge amount of intel concerning what had been filtered down by the dark to your various secret governments, and all of it is very advanced compared to what is in use in your public arena. However, it is also very primitive compared to ours, and this gives us an advantage we wish to use, with Heaven's permission.

The present course we are on is reaching a point where our intervention is required. But first, some back-story: Galactic Federation personnel have been intervening in your affairs for over 13 millennia, making anti-interventionist qualms from many quarters in your society largely irrelevant. What gives us pause is the above-mentioned propaganda that is swallowed whole by many of you. In contrast, consider the context you see playing out around you: a huge transformation of who you are is manifestly underway and has been initiated by Heaven in order to return you to full consciousness. At her behest, we too have come to assist in carrying out the Divine Will. Those who oppose the Divine Will are the dark ones who control many of your governments, your economy, and your major philosophies. Their dark secret orders use vast wealth and power to manipulate your beliefs and create societies that demand your compliance. In opposition to this are the Light-oriented groups that we support.

The crucial step now before us is to affect a successful transfer of power. The Anunnaki, as advisors to us since 1995 on matters concerning the dark cabalists, recommend several courses of action. The cabalists disregarded the Anunnaki's exhortation in 1995 to join the Light, as this rogue group felt this was not in their best interests (Heaven specifically requested that the Anunnaki not annihilate them, in favor of gentler ways of transformation.) Since then, under Heaven's guidance, we have used various approaches to bring these recalcitrant ones around, but, as you can see, to no avail. They threaten to provoke panic among you if we unveil our craft, by using the old poppycock ploy of 'invaders from space'! Having exhausted all diplomatic avenues, Heaven has approved our use of more direct creative solutions which we intend to employ as soon as the present 'talks' are concluded.

The circumstances surrounding this first contact have been unique and difficult since its inception in the early 1990s. Normally, we allow a Science and Exploration Fleet to enter into a first contact mode only if a number of preconditions are met. When the Sirian Regional Galactic Federation Council ordered a first contact with you, none of these preconditions were extant. In fact, a majority of star-nations opposed such an operation, and it was Heaven's desires that overruled the Council's decision. The resulting first-contact team was therefore to be an amalgam of the original 50 human star-nations that colonized Lemuria some 900,000 years ago. This was a symbolic gesture decreed by Heaven and followed by us. Many of the star-nations to be used on this mission were not even current members of the appropriate Galactic Federation Regional Council.

We find ourselves, therefore, in a strange predicament comprising several conflicting strands: on one hand, Heaven daily decrees your freedom and sovereignty, while those in power have no qualms about killing every one of you in order to stay in power. On the other hand, we are mandated to carry out Heaven's decrees, and this appears to necessitate the forceful ouster of the dark Beings. Heaven assures us that doing so is possible, necessary, and must be done very, very soon. And then there is the deep, well-orchestrated xenophobia within you that needs clearing. Our own operatives and your cousins in Agartha (Inner Earth) tell us that as long as such a procedure is done as a sacred deliverance, it will be well received by you. A new plan to unseat the dark is needed and we have just the solution!

Technology can be used to dupe and control a populace, or it can be used to greatly enhance the general well being of all. Your society clearly illustrates this dichotomy as it reaches a major collapse point: the moment has come when you either change direction and survive, or begin a rapid slide toward extinction. You possess a secret technology that can shift your world overnight, but those who control you will not allow it to be used for the good. Heaven, however, decrees otherwise. Therefore, it is up to us to remove those bent on preventing your survival and a way to do this is ready and waiting. Be prepared to awaken one morning quite soon to discover that something wonderful has happened!

Selamat Jaram! Much has happened since last week! The dark cabalists are scrambling to procure their survival and our Earth allies are maintaining the pressure on them. At present, the dark is working on a plan to use its growing debt as leverage to amass desperately needed capital without which it faces massive bankruptcy from which it can never recover. Knowing this, our Earth allies are focused on denying this infusion of assets to the dark. Selamat Jarin! We come before you once again! Much has happened, and the time for new beginnings is upon us. Our Earth allies have worked diligently to change your reality from one that is run along lines of chaos and confusion to one based on divine order. These great works are bearing fruit. The last dark cabal watches in horror as its final schemes are sloughed off into the proverbial dustbin of history. Your work to alter your reality is supported by Heaven and by the deep desires of Mother Earth. Your home world is under great environmental duress, which is additionally, gravely exacerbated by the immense oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico that threatens to wipe out most of the flora and fauna of that region. Our marine ecologists observe what is happening and dearly wish to intervene directly; however, Heaven has ruled otherwise. Thus, the time comes for you, as individuals and groups, to work on Heaven's behalf. So far, you have done much: your public protests and the initial attempts to introduce some ecological devices are welcomed.

What is now called for is for all of you to step up your public protests. Mother Earth needs the application of technologies that have previously been proved efficacious to safely and thoroughly clean the shore areas of the Gulf that are being despoiled by the oil and by the toxic chemicals used to disperse it. This is a project that requires a great deal of your time and abilities: it is one thing to learn about what can be done; it is quite another to actually get a reluctant government to enforce the application of these technologies to the many places that need it in order to recover rapidly from such decimation. Use your skills to organize and inform. Put pressure on those who have a say in whether these technologies are used. And once the decision to do so is made, form networks to monitor their swift deployment every step of the way and to ensure continued surveillance of the operation. Once the new governments are in place, we fully intend to assist you by introducing our technology to plug the various seabed leaks that have formed.

Our technology is needed in order to plug the holes in the Gulf and return the seabed to a more normal condition. It is wise to ban any further drilling in the Gulf's seabed, as the Gulf of Mexico contains a number of potentially dangerous fault zones that do not need to be disturbed further by drilling. These zones are capable of creating earthquakes that can affect the major cities that extend from the coast of eastern Mexico to southern Florida. There are also several volcanic ranges on the seabed that could easily exacerbate the damage already done by the oil spill. The main focus has to be containment. There are now activities on this seabed, and on an adjacent one in the Atlantic, which are being set in motion due to the fact that the remains of Atlantis are found there. The kind of great uplifting happening in the Coral Sea near Australia is also about to be discovered in this region of the Atlantic. In general, the seabeds of the world's oceans are becoming unstable, and a new series of landmasses is preparing to rise to the surface. Similar activities are found in your lower atmosphere where increasing toxicity threatens all life.

Your atmosphere is under attack as your secret government is covertly spraying more and more toxic metals worldwide. Electronic ionization is likewise affecting the very nature of this life-giving mixture of common and rare gases. We have neutralized enough of this to irritate the dark cabal and prevent more than the occasional death caused by these noxious compounds. We badly want to do more. We are pushing for them to relent and let go of those financial resources that they have long coveted. Doing this is no easy matter. Nonetheless, our special cajoling has brought us success! Each one of our protracted sessions with a part of the dark cabal has taught us how similar these denizens of the dark resemble their former compadres on other worlds in distant star nations. We are assembling a standard procedures manual to aid those assigned to this critical task. We have seen that as their numbers dwindle, the dark becomes more pliable to our various demands. Our intent is to have this old and quite formidable set of global financial institutions dismantled in the very near future. Breaking up this set of inter-connected organizations can make it possible for deliveries to be achieved within the timeframe set for us by our first contact command board. Then, the temporary regimes can follow and your new reality can move closer to manifesting.

Everywhere the dark has set up projects to keep you somehow in your present state of amnesia. As you become more aware this amnesia begins to wane. You see how the dark manipulates you and how you can start to counter this. Thus, the dark created a global psychic network as well as a series of "black operations" designed to hinder your movement toward full consciousness. These things have largely failed. Heaven and we are engaged in various counter measures that have prevented any of these heinous plans from achieving any large degree of success. While we have been doing this, our Earth allies have come within a hair's breathe of victory. The remaining tasks are being taken on by our liaisons. These women and men are altering their mission from mere advice to a more active stance. Initial successes as we mentioned previously are growing. Our task is to get you quickly into a position where first contact is feasible.

We constantly mention first contact for one critical reason. It simply changes everything on your world. The environment after first contact is quite different than the one before. Contact questions what you have been told about who you are, where you come from and what is your relation to Mother Earth and indeed, the whole of Creation! Meanwhile, Mother Earth is starting to alter much more swiftly those elements on her surface that are to trigger her grand round of surface reconfiguration, and our planetologists are also reviewing what is going on in your solar system. Their reports emphasize how all your former water planets are mirroring what is happening on Earth. Even the Asteroid Belt is displaying changes that are a prelude to the reconstitution of the former giant water world we now call Pax. As you can see, change is prevalent everywhere, and the time comes for us to meet formally in a first contact.
Your last dark cabal, of course, has other plans. Their manic hubris in defying the Light is a ludicrous tragicomedy! Your world is now actually slipping out of this limited 3-D reality and becoming something much more compatible with full consciousness, and there is no way in the universe to stop these divine transformations! This has been obvious for some time and yet the dark ones persist in their bullheaded resistance and appear to lack the basic compos mentis to concede the field. Your world is at the crux where this present reality slips into extinction along with a host of appalling calamities. This prospect is not what the Divine has in mind for you! It has been our policy in these messages to explain the decidedly upbeat nature of the divine plan for planet Earth, but there exists among some of you a sort of perversity that refuses to contemplate the possibility of an alternative, life-affirming future for you. Our messages and those expounded by like-minded others are intended to depict the horrors that the dark has in store for you versus the new divine reality that in actuality awaits you. The point has been reached to change the 'look' and 'feel' of your reality.
At the moment, most of you are experiencing both the anxiety and the joy that this change initially brings. You are in a narrow sideband of this new reality and are waiting for the concluding push to begin. We watch as Heaven furnishes the final elements that are to let loose the new reality, and in turn, the dark steps up the chaos and initiates its last desperate strikes. This below-the-radar clash is about to surface as the dark is finding it harder and harder to camouflage its activities. UFO sightings are increasing everywhere. The secret combat between us, as revealed by what happened at the end of 2009 in Norway, Russia, and China, is reaching the media's front pages in many parts of your world. A time of revelation is coming when the cat of disclosure is to be let out of the bag. We welcome this and all that it entails! Bear in mind that first contact remains the ultimate game changer.
We are here to fulfill a divine mission. Your present limited self-image has run its course, and a huge identity shift is about to overtake you. You are to move into a realm that resembles what your ancestors called "dreamtime." This is a world in which you exist simultaneously as both Spirit and physical body. It reunites you with Heaven while rooting you in the physical world that you are currently familiar with. It opens up new vistas and gifts you with abilities that you now consider unreal. Right now, these things still stare you in the face, and it is our job to help you to make this transition to full consciousness as soon as divinely possible.
Mother Earth is pursuing her path of transformation as well. Many parts of your planet are undergoing climate changes that are the result of a hyperactive Sun; society's runaway pollution of air, water, and land; and the warming-up of the surface by Mother Earth. All this is part of the preconditions for change. Your society forsook its responsibilities to Mother Earth long ago. This precious Being was literally raped by you as you scurried around to find the resources to maintain and advance your global 'civilization.' You are nearing a point where it is time to give back the energy that you so recklessly took without making the necessary acknowledgment to your gracious host. Doing this is part of the sacred growth that you are to demonstrate to your world, the Creator, and us. It is essential for you to acknowledge your past wantonness and begin to make the requisite amount of reconciliation.
The time ahead is about bringing together the elements that are to become the components of your new global society. This includes the revealing and the putting to use of a wide range of suppressed technologies. You have been cloistered away in a dungeon of lies and manipulated by the dark into believing in sciences and philosophies that greatly limit your understanding of self and your world. Selamat Jarin! We come with more to say on a number of different subjects. Our Earth allies continue to move forward on several fronts. A series of events subject to a master timetable are currently on schedule. Our liaison teams tell us that as these events approach manifestation they can be the building blocks for our Earth allies' final goals, deliveries, and accompanying announcements. As we wait for these things to happen, we are securing a number of places that are important for what is to occur. We also continue to monitor changes to Mother Earth's surface and those that you are going through. Heaven decreed decades ago that this time was to comprise both struggle and transformation, in which the first series of changes to your governments and to your financial and monetary systems was to take place. These changes are also a sign that you are entering a period of accelerated changes to your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. These body changes are in consonance, so to speak, with what is happening externally in the global arena.

It is a time for cleansing your world on multiple levels as she prepares for what is about to supersede your present reality. The current world system is inadequate, and continuing attempts to prop it up are doomed. What is urgently required is "new thinking" much along the lines of that of our Earth allies over the past decade. In order to do this they had to move well beyond the cutting-edge thinking that was being brought to bear on your now distressed legal, financial, and political systems. They knew they had to think well outside the conventional "box" in order to come up with something befitting the new context. They threw out the economic philosophies which created the "crimes" that left the majority of your global populace prey to the excesses of your rich and powerful. They needed to come up with systems that not only reformed your world's institutions but that offered an entirely different way of moving your global society out of the social control mechanisms that cripple your lives. Many of their proposals have since become sequestered laws that now await unveiling.

As this new "world system" is finally revealed, it most surely needs your heartfelt support. Your global society is at a crossroads, and it is abundantly clear that things are happening in the environment and in the economic sphere that emphatically demand a "new way". Your rise in consciousness makes you increasingly a force for good, and you need to capitalize on this by becoming active in implementing the solutions proposed by our Earth allies. Their ideas are partially contained in what many know as NESARA; but the "total package" of the allies goes far beyond the provisions of that most commendable document. You are on the verge of wondrous prosperity, which includes methods for spreading and maintaining this abundance. First of all an unassailable peace must prevail. This implies a state brought about by a process that transcends your current understanding of the word "diplomacy". People-oriented initiatives, rather than government-based, can create a global milieu of such unity that war becomes impossible!

Grass-roots movements of amazing scope and size have sprung up around the world. Clearing-houses are needed to link this plethora of organizations, and they need to include the capability to connect these multitudes of components on many different levels. This integration can form the foundation of a galactic society. Galactic society is a coherent whole made up of an interlinked, purpose-oriented clan system, in which we can temporarily substitute or interpose special task modules, if need be. These can hook up within the whole according to their points of shared interest and common agendas. The result is a powerful global network dedicated to peace, prosperity, and mutual support. This organic entity uses tools like hono pono pono to come together by emphasizing accepted similarities rather than allowing differences to divide its members. This organized array of synergistic units works efficiently and powerfully for change.

Coordinating Earth's grass-roots movements is now necessary, and here, our Earth allies are more than ready to oblige. Indeed, we have trained them extensively for this purpose. Their idea is to use the transitional governments and the above-mentioned people-oriented groups to form an invincible instrument for total institutional reform. As we said earlier, attempting to bolster the current mess is futile; your fatally flawed governance has reached a point where it must return to its democratic principles and then expand upon them. In fact, this is not as monumental a proposition as it at first appears. To begin with, the powerful deadwood and allied special interests that run your governments need to be removed. This is no time for "more of same". This is why we have supported the vast and sweeping new system proposed by our Earth allies. Its implementation is going to rock the world!

You have moved into an electronic and consciousness-expanding age. This period is the interim between what you have always known and the new world that is about to be born. This new world includes first contact and your return to full consciousness. The question is, how to get you from here to there. The proposals advocated by our Earth allies revolve around this primary issue, and it is no simply task. Herein lies the reason it has taken so long to get you to the starting gate. Numerous legal, financial, and monetary programs had to be approved by influential segments of the world community. Now this is done. The next step is the implementation of what has been agreed to, and slowly but surely these stages are coming on line. What remains now is the trickier stuff.

This "trickier stuff", however, is ready to manifest. Our Earth allies and we are jointly doing what is necessary to get things done. What drives us is the prize of first contact. As you reach the next phase in your journey, we need to move ourselves closer to first contact. Needless to say, we wish to do this as smoothly as possible. Nevertheless, if so ordered by Heaven, we are to comply even if your governments are not yet ready to receive us. Remember that Heaven is unfolding a divine plan, and this plan lays out specific time points that we need to observe. These stipulations will be our orders to initiate first contact, and we go planetward when so directed. Until then we follow the directives of the operation outlined in this and previous updates. Intuitively we feel that working closely with our Earth allies can lead quickly to a successful first contact.

Getting you to return to full consciousness is the crux of what is happening on your world. In support of this goal, huge institutional reform needs to take place and then used to bring about peace, prosperity, and a new awareness of who you really are. The means for this lie within your grasp: Prosperity programs are waiting to be disbursed; new monetary, banking, and economic systems are ready to be activated. All that is needed is the Will to do so. Our Earth allies represent one part of this Will. Once they initiate things, it is your responsibility to take up the baton. Work together and make a world that we can come to in Joy and that Mother Earth can rejoice in. The time comes for you to do your part in making all this a reality!

She comes to complete the great changes that have been prophesied for the past eight millennia. These changes have reached a shifting-point and it is now the divine moment to carry out the detailed decrees of the divine plan. Heaven asks that the Earth now comply with this call and let go of the hold that the dark has had on this realm and her people. We have come from the far corners of this galaxy to achieve a formal and lasting first contact with you. All your governments know of this, and of the need to carry out these sacred decrees! Many things are now underway that are to free you from what remains of the dark. These individuals and groups are to be revealed to you, including their various heinous crimes against you. We welcome this and intend to do everything possible to see that our Earth allies act in accordance with what has been presented to us. A great time of Truth and amazing miracles lies ahead. Be strong, and above all be fair and just in these matters!

First contact is to follow swiftly once the new provisional governments are in place; however, we need to give them enough time to put your house in order. Their good works can make it feasible for you to successfully begin your journey of creating your new galactic society and star nation. The most recent period, the electronic age, birthed the computer information network that prefigures what you are about to do. As you work on these tasks, try to see how they reflect our words. It is a time to let prophecy become real. It is a time to look upon the way of Earth not in sorrow but in joy; a joy that brings you both new friends and a great extension of your human family. You can then be formally introduced to the peoples of Inner Earth. This one event alone forces your sciences to reevaluate their understanding of Mother Earth.
