I am Mira.

I speak to you today from the Pleiadian High Council. We are with you. We know that many are challenged all around your planet. There is turmoil and transmutation occurring.

We wonder when people on the Earth will ever see the Light and the truth. There is certainly every attempt being made right now for that to occur.

As we observe we see that those who have been in charge are rapidly losing control. They have spewed forth large amounts of anger and are trying to take this anger out on all of you. It won’t work. It will all come back to them because that is the nature of widespread change. They are letting loose and yet not having an easy time of letting go.

While all of this is occurring we see expansion. We see that new opportunities are taking hold that have previously been non-existent. The truth is being told. People are being encouraged to bring their scientific inventions into the limelight. They are needed very much right now. This includes new energy sources, ways of cleaning up the environment, revolutionary healing modalities and models for healthcare, new ways to grow and prepare food, simplification of lifestyles, improved means for technology and communications, etc. There is a huge expansion going on while the old system contracts and implodes within itself. It is a time for creativity and innovation. This is most ripe time ever in the history of the planet.

Your financial system is outmoded. There will be the reinvention of work and as well as how people pay for goods and services. The less that humanity hangs onto the past the sooner the new systems will be in place. There is something much better in your future and it does not have to take all of your energy to provide sustenance.

You must come to grips with what you consiously intend for your new planet. You are the ones who are creating it. We can support you and provide back up but you are the ones who are in charge. You are the masters who are going to implement the master plan for the turnaround of the planet. This is your platform to speak out. Your new president in the U.S. is furthering this cause. He knows that you have much to tell him so we recommend that you take advantage of this platform. He is about the business getting the best from you.

In keeping with our teachings we recommend that you follow your heart now. Speaking and acting from your heart will bring the necessary healing. In the past you have had to remain stuck in your heads. You had to set aside your heart. This is part of the turnaround. The heart is the necessary component to bring the feminine side of healing to a world that has been largely patriarchal for too long. Opening and coming from the heart for both men and women will bring a smoother flow of energies for humanity, animals, all of life. If the hearts are opened to others there will be a give and take so that everyone will have what they need and be with whom they need to be with.

We have a plan that will serve you well. We will be sharing our teachings with you when the time comes for us to make ourselves known to the rest of the planet. We will need your assistance as we get to know you and your ways. Many of you will serve as ambassadors to us. This will be a part of the transition team. We are anxious for this to happen. This is a part of the divine plan also.

We are at your service. We stand with you in the Light of all of the changes and turmoil. Know that you have all of the assistance that you need.

You have a saying that it always gets worse before it gets better. Certainly that applies to the period that you are going through now. It is the continuation of the collapse of much you have held dear in the past, as the foundation stones of your world are unsteady in the face of change. What they have supported is an inadequate system of inequality and the enslavement of Mankind. It is therefore clear that it must be swept away, if you are to take the opportunity to move forward into the New Age. Reverting back to the old system is no longer an option, and as a new direction is indicated we know that people will seize the chance to make a new start.



The Lightworkers, who have helped to project the vision of a new Earth and a new beginning for all life forms, are able to keep their heads above the waters that are sweeping the old away. They hold onto their vision knowing that it is already beginning to manifest upon Earth. Those who do not understand the reasons for what is happening, are more prone to cling onto the old ways that in spite of the chaos have given them comfort. Some of course feel that they are safely out of harms way, and believe that no major changes will happen to them. There are these groups living out this period with faith in their different beliefs, yet as the changes become more apparent and are seen as beneficial to everyone, will slowly be drawn together.



With each change that indicates a move in a different direction to that previously experienced, so it will become evident that a new era is being born. The lead will come from America, and other governments will have to bow to the pressure applied upon them by their people who see the path to take. This time, if there is talk of a world government, it will not be one that intends to impose its rule over all others. It will be rule by consent and be representative of all of the countries involved. There will be a genuine policy of operating above board, and intent to comply with the consensus of all governments. Do not therefore fear moves that talk of a world government, as its aims will be far removed from the one that was to be set up by the Illuminati. This idea is one that for the time being remains within the energy of possibilities.



Freedom is coming into being in many countries, and small beginnings such as your Freedom of Information Acts are just the tip of an iceberg that represents the total freedom of every citizen of the world. It has quite a way to go before it gathers speed, but Man will ensure that it brings the truth out of the way various governments have dishonored themselves, and broken their oaths to serve the people. You are now seeing such revelations on an almost daily basis, but they only scratch the surface of the hidden history of subterfuge, corruption and criminal actions over an extremely long time. In some ways it may be a distraction for many people, but we hope rather than look for recriminations that you will let the laws of the land take over. It is far more important that you apply yourself to focusing upon your goal, which for many is the opportunity to ascend.



We know that there is much suffering just now on many levels, and it is understandably occupying a place in your lives. We wish to say that there is a solution to all problems, but many cannot be addressed until we can share such tasks with you. If you welcome us into your lives we will walk with you, and talk with you. We will impress you with what to do by planting ideas in your subconsciousness, and that will enable us to eventually carry on where you have left off. This is a time for serious contacts to be made, as we need every soul of Light to advance the idea of our coming, and ensure that it is understood to be one that has divine permission. The more of you who create a powerful energy for open contact, the sooner we will be able to appear. There is an ultimate deadline for such contact, and you are therefore assured of our eventual arrival on Earth.



We help Mankind already, and part of our mission is to ensure that the balance between the Light and Dark does not change in any adverse way. We work in the background mainly through our allies or spiritual helpers that are your Guides. Those voices you sometimes “hear” are not always a product of your own mind, but ours when we wish to direct your efforts in a positive way. However, always be discerning as to what you believe you are being prompted to do, as there may be lower entities trying to intrude. It can happen for example when your “defenses” are open through excessive alcohol or drug-induced stupors. It is extremely unlikely to affect those who are working on a higher vibration, as they do not attract such ones. There is an exception when one of the Light is tested, but they will almost certainly recognize it as such. Psychic attacks can happen to anyone, and more likely those who “open” up because of their mediumship. However, in the course of their development it is normal to become aware of the possibility, and know how to handle it.



It is appropriate to remind you that you are not just your physical body, which is why you can move out of it in certain circumstances. Near Death Experiences are a dramatic example, as obviously they are so called because the soul afterwards returns to the physical body. Dreams that carry more realism than the often nonsensical ones, may well be out of the body experiences. Most of you leave your bodies during your sleep period, but few bring waking memories back with them. However, the meeting of loved ones often has a great impact upon you, and you may awaken with a powerful feeling of the experience. The is not intended to be a religious teaching, but simply how it is for all of you regardless of your beliefs.



I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and will mention that spiritual understanding goes very deep, and it is only placed before you according to your ability to assimilate it into your being. As you say, you must learn to walk before you can run otherwise you will become confused. As Ascension draws ever closer, be assured that there will be many of the Masters appearing on Earth. You will be given a greater spiritual understanding, sufficient to help you through the remaining years. Glorious times are coming, so please give love to those around you with all of your heart and soul. All are seeking and being drawn back to the Source however they perceive it, an energy we call the Creator.

In the late 1990s, General Motors sold an electric car that traveled 300 miles on a charge, could be fully charged in an hour, and could be operated for the equivalent of 60 cents per gallon.

No oil filters, no oil changes, no emissions, no trips to the gas station.

When it became apparent the marketplace actually wanted these cars, it rounded then all up and destroyed them.

You have entered a period of time that promises much, that will indicate the way your lives will eventually change. You now rightly expect to see steps taken in a direction that will undo the disastrous decisions, made since the turn of the century. The influence of the dark forces does of course go back much further, but it has been more prevalent in recent years. Both the dark and the Light have recognized the coming end of the cycle. Yet the dark ones still have the arrogance to believe that they can stall your progress, and the final act of Ascension. Their actions have been planned and calculating, but they have reckoned without the power of the people. You have gloriously risen above their fear laden traps to prevent you lifting up your vibrations. You represent a power that operates at a conscious level, and as long as you keep focused on your vision you will be invincible.



It is possible to live your life in the midst of the turmoil, and yet feel free from the affect of the lower energies that are all around you. Naturally if they directly affect you, it requires great concentration and dedication to the Light to stay out of reach of their impact upon your life. Your strength can come from knowing that whatever happens now or in the immediate future, it will be short lived. Beyond the present changes awaits all that will turn around your lives, and bring you permanent release from the control of the dark ones. Of this you are assured, and having now lost control they are subject to infighting in their efforts to regain lost ground. The Light will always have the advantage of knowing what is planned against them, and that is necessary as the dark forces play to their own rules, and not Universal Law.



The Light is powerful beyond measure and continues to grow as you attract even more to Earth. A great grid of Light encircles it, and spreads outwards as beacons of Light are established everywhere. The dark wreak death and destruction and it is there for everyone to see, whilst the Light works at a level that silently and almost unnoticed creates a pathway to Ascension. We frequently emphasize the goal that you are heading for, because you must not lose sight of the whole purpose of being here at this time. If there is such a thing as the “chosen ones” it is all of you, because you are privileged to be present on Earth at such an illustrious time. We describe the coming Ascension as a unique event, because it is the first occasion that you have been given the opportunity to ascend with your physical body. It will be a wonderful experience, and you will be fully prepared for it beforehand. It has always been the intention that it will centre around the 23rd December 2012.



The plan for your Ascension is contained within the many cycles that are part of the orderly function of the Universe. It is not a process confined to Earth or just your Solar System and is happening by divine decree, and we can confidently assure you that it will not be delayed. Why otherwise would we of the Galactic Federation be encircling your Earth, with millions of craft in readiness for First Contact and the restoration of Mother Earth. You are doing your part in moving things forward by being channels for the Light. You are also carrying out tasks that can only be done at your level, and is the preparation necessary to make our open arrival possible. Our safety is not the real issue but yours is as the dark will have no scruples about removing those who get in their way. Of course we offer you protection, but sometimes you put yourselves in harms way.



We must reiterate that we cannot just appear on Earth en masse without permission, or intervene in matters that have been karmically brought about by you. You are the creators of your experiences, and it is not for another to take them away as lessons are clearly meant to be learnt. You would not evolve if you did not experience the results of your thoughts and actions. However, with the closing of the cycle the Law of Grace comes into operation, and the Creator has decreed that those who are of the Light shall be released from their remaining karma. Many a life at this time has been planned as a final thrust to clear karma, and it is why they have been full of challenges. However, as hard and trying that they may be, you would not be expected to take on more than you were capable of handling.



Life in the lower vibrations is all about gaining experience, and eventually leaving the cycle a greater and more evolved soul than when you first came into it. Since you cannot rise up until you achieve a higher state of consciousness, obviously you will continue to experience duality until you do. We would hasten to add that it has been your decision to come to Earth, but you are not left in a position where you cannot rise up again. You are helped all of the way, but sometimes you fall to a level where you begin to lose contact with your Higher Self. Then you find it difficult to change your mindset that has become mired in the feeling of separation from God. Indeed, some enter denial of their god selves, and become victims of the darkness they have brought upon themselves.



I am Atmos from Sirius, and have come not to paint a picture of gloom, but it is important for those ascending to understand why some souls are unable to join them. Clearly those that are ready cannot be held back any longer, and must be allowed to find the level that their energies entitle them to be in. It is the Laws of the Universe that determine where every soul is to be found, but they can move lower if it is their desire. However, none can move beyond their correct level, except that a Higher Being accompanies them. This sometimes takes place in the interests of allowing knowledge of the higher dimensions, and possibly to meet some of the great souls that reside in them.



Remember that life on Earth is an illusory state of being, and in very few ways representative of what it is like off Earth and in the dimensions above it. Unless you have visited them as some do when out of the body, it is very difficult for you to comprehend what they are really like. Linear time is also peculiar to Earth and once away from it ceases to be relevant. That all should be in the Now will take some while to grasp and understand, and require a major change to your thinking. The energy of Love pervades All That Is and will also impinge upon you very strongly, and is what we bring to you now in recognition of you our beloved Brothers and Sisters.

This was written as a brief overview of some of the most important subjects
we discuss. It was meant to provide some introductory descriptions of terms
we use every day in our updates. The magnitude of events, NOW unfolding, is
requiring us all to stretch: multidimensionally/interdimensionally to our
own divine core-connections which will very quickly be blessing us with more
of who and what we are being and becoming. MarkH

If you're up for some eclectic delvings into 'mostly invisible' stories
behind Matrix holodeck illusory 'reality', then you may find some of this
information, opinion and experience stimulating.

Much is breaking through the surface veneer as folks that have direct
experiences are coming forth to share. It has always been so--in very
esoteric circles--but not usually in a public venue. That is all changing.

In 3D no one and nothing is as it appears to be. Everyone and everything is
cloaked behind facades, and doublespeak is used in public interactions with
programs to obscure and control economics, behaviors and resources, and
especially any facts dealing with the galactic presence and our hybrid
population that comes from the stars.

About 87% of our kids from new babies through teen years are
galactic-humans. All of us come from elsewheres/whens. This is the means by
which an incredible new golden future is being birthed.

And, the really neat part is that--like the "100th Monkey effect"--there is
a '100th Cosmically Conscious person' effect by which all the rest of us are
upshifted to a new higher functionality level...since it was already
embedded into our DNA before we entered into this focus. We are far along in
our migration/upshift from a carbon-based matrix to a silica-based matrix of
13 crystalline chakras/vibratory nexus levels.

You will see references to NESARA {National Economic Security and
Reformation Act} which was signed into Law by Bill Clinton in Oct 2000, but
sealed from any attempt to prove its existence until it is announced, at
which time it becomes fully effective.

The Announcement was scheduled for 10:15 AM on Sept 11, 2001...but that was
'prevented' by the Twin Towers attacks, which were planned and executed by
our own gov't's black ops agents. Sibel Edmonds, Valerie Plame/Joe Wilson,
David Ray Griffen and many others are speaking out on this subject.

The illuminati controllers will do anything to prevent its implementation as
it immediately spells their removals from political and economic control
over the people and resources of this planet.

It requires full return to Constitutional and Common Law principles by 190
countries starting with the US. Involves--due to present fraudulent
practices -- mortgage debt forgiveness; cancellation of all credit card
debt; student loan forgiveness; ends IRS collection of Income Tax and
substitutes a National Sales Tax on non-essential items only with no tax on
food, medicines or used goods. Requires all existing
congressional/administrative heads to resign; all lawyers would have to take
a 30 day Constitutional Law course as statute laws will be dissolved.

The world economic system will shift to transparent operations -- Basel II
was implemented in the month of April -- precious metals backed currency and
the federal reserve and its collection agent {IRS}, and most corrupt
alphabet agencies will be dissolved. Current FR notes will be exchanged for
US Treasury bills backed by Gold, Silver or precious metals on a $1 for $1
basis.

Special Trusts and 78 programs which were originally created by St Germaine
over 200 years ago for this time, will provide the means to offer free
education to all and assist all in upgrading quality of life. Suppressed
technologies, secretly being used by the controllers, will be made available
to the public. These provide clean and unlimited power for home, industry,
travel, etc.

Replicators will be made available with First Contact landings to provide
most items. There will be a worldwide re-indexing of currencies, 30 days
after announcement, so that while you now receive $100 income and pay sales
taxes and income taxes on that amount, you will only pay sales taxes on $10
when spent for non-essential items after re-indexing. This is to remove much
of the false inflation from the prices of goods caused by use of fiat money
instead of precious metals backed currency.

Peace is a requirement and no more wars or nuclear weapons will be allowed.
The methods and means to achieve this are already in place and can be
implemented upon single command.

A single molecular change in the nuclear process will make all existing
nuclear processes benign. Galactic/human teams will clean up air, water,
soil and toxic contamination in the first two months following Announcement.
Polluting industries will no longer be necessary as their replacements will
be non-polluting and the old plants will be removed by processes that
re-cycle the energies.

Benefactor programs will become available and gifting programs are extensive
and worldwide to ensure that all will experience unprecedented opportunity
to make new choices for their future occupations and enhanced learning
programs will be available to quickly upgrade or learn new skills.
Diagnostic/healing methods and technologies will become available to reverse
all medical conditions and restore optimal health. All these technologies
and methods presently exist. Many others have been suppressed but will be
brought forth for all to benefit from.

Nonetheless, earth's role as a school house is ending, and all the
'students/teachers' have the opportunity to 'wakeup' and remember who they
really are and from where they came: star-travelers from all over the
universe, who agreed to participate in a grand experiment to see if they
could set aside their higher dimensional origins and come into polarity and
gradually wake up to their true nature and then reunite with their galactic
families as part of the Family of the One/Law of the One.

In addition, to smooth out the differences in expression which resulted in
conflicts over long periods of interaction, a plan was crafted to carefully
incorporate 12 different templates into one coordinated, balanced and
Source-connected Soul matrix.

This required projecting fragments into many different times, places,
formats so that at this time the soul could reintegrate all those
fragments/aspects into its fully integrated Self and then go forth into a
higher level of expression with all the individual wisdoms being available
to the ascended One.

The only balanced way to do this was for a holographic design in which each
contained all. A spherical image of 12 pairs joined at the center so that
all feedback loops have the same radius, and simultaneous, synchronistic,
access to all dynamic flows of thought, feelings, database information,
allows participation as a singular identity at all times.

The Adam Kadmon template was the vehicle designed for this experiment to
allow embodiment in matter after our antimatter universe--Aurora, a 23-sun
system--was destroyed.

Adam Kadmon is bilaterally symmetrical and fully balanced, coordinated and
sentient; a nested container with components extending interdimensionally
and multidimensionally, incorporating male/female and matter/spirit
seamlessly, and therefore quite suitable to be a temple of living
god/goddess expressions. As this progresses it will result in 12D
realization as a bio-plasmic Unity capable of matter or spirit expression in
any manner/mode desired with full consciousness. {see Holographic Universe}

Zeropoint is a construct {see Gregg Braden and others' writings on this.} to
deal with a moment in space-time in which it is possible to reorient all
space-time events so that they can--like spokes being placed around a hub
and then joined to form a spherical nexus, all past, present, alternative
and future foci -- meet in a single instant of No Time.

That instant becomes coherently resonant with a Divine intent to
reorganize/restructure into a whole new template to adventure forth into a
never before imprinted, Golden Universe, as co-creators...or so intuitively
derived information strongly suggests. All life is headed towards that event
horizon in the coming years.

There are many choice-points where progression spin-offs can occur so that,
in effect, we will all rise to our correct higher levels of spiritual
stabilization and clarity from which we descended to participate in this
undertaking.

Earth's transformation into a star is already well underway...as is true of
Jupiter also.

We have been moving from the 9th ring out from galactic center towards the
3rd ring adjacent to Alcyone--our central sun in the Pleiades
constellation...which is permanently in the Photon Belt, perpendicularly
'wrapped' around its orbital position and 2000 years wide. That has very
important implications for our futures.

Another reference you will encounter dealing with political/economic matters
are the three factions or power alignment interests. F1 is primarily focused
in Europe {Rothschilds, etc}; F2 is primarily focused in the US
{Rockefellers, Bush, Clinton, Mellon, Chase, etc} and F3 involves elements
of all these plus the galactic hierarchy {Sananda, St Germaine, Ascended
masters, Ashtar command, and is coordinated on the earth by an insider who
we refer to as the KOS {King of Swords} who, with St Germaine, was appointed
by the ICJ {Int'l Ct of Justice in the Hague} in 1999 as head of the 4
million man, world-wide militia, and pro-forma president of the US. KOS is
an enhanced galactic-human with a 3d job, wife and history who speaks 23
languages. He and those who work with him and the galactics are at 38 levels
above the President of the US.

That level involves the ACIO {Alien Contact Intel Org/Labyrinth Group is the
innermost director level researching and working directly with the positive
galactic members of the InterGalacticConfederation of Worlds {IGC/GF} and
coordinating earth-galactic interfaces dealing with planetary ascension,
time travel and many technologies too important and powerful to discuss here
at this time. The four interviews with Dr Neruda {see Wingmakers.com website
index for important background information on ACIO/Labyrinth group matters
which} i highly commend for your consideration. Some perspectives have since
been upgraded through direct contact with higher dimensional sources not
contacted at the time {around 1997} those interviews were conducted. The
balance of the material on that website is of mixed content and may not be
absent of manipulation/spin.

The most important issues at this moment are the revealing of the 70-year
coverup of galactic presence in our skies, prior to their decloakings. Some
baby steps have been taken with frequent small decloakings occurring
worldwide and many more to follow. The secret governmental delousing
operations are well advanced and 10,000+ indictments are being held by
Patrick Fitzgerald under court seal awaiting the signal to arrest, remove
the criminals, heading and infiltrated throughout our political and banking
and corporate systems.

We are at this moment actually under the joint jurisdiction of the
International Court of Justice/World Court and the President of the Solar
Tribunal {Lady Master Nada} who has been appointed by the ICJ as Special
Prosecutor with power to arrest the indicted ones; dissolve our corrupt
judiciary and Announce NESARA. Agents from Interpol and ICJ are present in
D.C. along with the 82nd Airborne and others. We have been well advised that
galactic ships are over every major city and will decloak when the signal is
given.

These are higher dimensional bio-organic craft which can alter their density
to appear solid in our dimension. Large Mother ships of 3000-5000 mile
diameters are outside our solar system and these ships are deployed from
those Mother craft as well as from deep underground basis all over this
planet. 50,000 beings enter through Lake Volstok in Antarctica every day, we
are told.

All planets and all suns are hollow structures with more space dimensions
inside than outside. This I have seen/experienced. The sun is cool, not hot
as we have been fooled into believing. The warmth of the sun is from the
effects of Far Infrared wavelengths. All suns have a full population of
inhabitants. Most have 12-14 planets orbiting them. So does ours. Our sun is
well along in its shift from hydrogen to helium. When you add xenon gas you
have the basis for reactivation of our higher abilities.

All the planets in our solar system have been changing since the 1987
harmonic convergence/1999 Harmonic concordance accelerated our advancement
and that acceleration is continuing to increase at rates too amazing to
contemplate.

We are now in the photon belt which is ionizing and accelerating/increasing
the vibratory frequency and rate of every particle of spirit/matter here and
throughout our solar system and beyond, as this planet--at the pivot point
of the end-of-ages Grand Shift--is being prepared for a rapid restoration to
the spiritual planes.

These are a few of the major subjects we discuss and share updates on. Some
information is historical and is for background purposes only, as current
events and developments require more and more connecting of the dots to see
and comprehend the magnitude of the wondrous events we are privileged to
participate in. Some historical items are a bit shocky at first, if you
haven't been exposed to them, but will fall into their right place as the
story unfolds and climaxes in the coming days.

That's right, days not years. The main events are removing impediments to
free access. Once that is done, we can all begin to level the economic
playing field and become a part of the restoration of our planet to a
conscious pristine living being with whom we will all be consciously sharing
wisdoms and abilities.

Telempathic resonance is returning and will inform all our communications in
the coming years. Our hearts/DNA are pre-coded to open as the frequency
rises. Love and Wisdom are the foundation legs which allow all to share
without limitation; but with respect for the divine god particle at the
heart of our individual soul matrix. We are all equal or equivalent beings
of divine potential, and this will soon be visible and known by all who
choose to continue as galactic citizens on Terra Nova.

Many will be returning to their home worlds as ambassadors in the coming
cycle.

You are entering a period of accelerated changes

Selamat Jarin! We come with more to say on a number of different subjects. Our Earth allies continue to move forward on several fronts. A series of events subject to a master timetable are currently on schedule. Our liaison teams tell us that as these events approach manifestation they can be the building blocks for our Earth allies' final goals, deliveries, and accompanying announcements. As we wait for these things to happen, we are securing a number of places that are important for what is to occur. We also continue to monitor changes to Mother Earth's surface and those that you are going through. Heaven decreed decades ago that this time was to comprise both struggle and transformation, in which the first series of changes to your governments and to your financial and monetary systems was to take place. These changes are also a sign that you are entering a period of accelerated changes to your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. These body changes are in consonance, so to speak, with what is happening externally in the global arena.

It is a time for cleansing your world on multiple levels as she prepares for what is about to supersede your present reality. The current world system is inadequate, and continuing attempts to prop it up are doomed. What is urgently required is "new thinking" much along the lines of that of our Earth allies over the past decade. In order to do this they had to move well beyond the cutting-edge thinking that was being brought to bear on your now distressed legal, financial, and political systems. They knew they had to think well outside the conventional "box" in order to come up with something befitting the new context. They threw out the economic philosophies which created the "crimes" that left the majority of your global populace prey to the excesses of your rich and powerful. They needed to come up with systems that not only reformed your world's institutions but that offered an entirely different way of moving your global society out of the social control mechanisms that cripple your lives. Many of their proposals have since become sequestered laws that now await unveiling.

As this new "world system" is finally revealed, it most surely needs your heartfelt support. Your global society is at a crossroads, and it is abundantly clear that things are happening in the environment and in the economic sphere that emphatically demand a "new way". Your rise in consciousness makes you increasingly a force for good, and you need to capitalize on this by becoming active in implementing the solutions proposed by our Earth allies. Their ideas are partially contained in what many know as NESARA; but the "total package" of the allies goes far beyond the provisions of that most commendable document. You are on the verge of wondrous prosperity, which includes methods for spreading and maintaining this abundance. First of all an unassailable peace must prevail. This implies a state brought about by a process that transcends your current understanding of the word "diplomacy". People-oriented initiatives, rather than government-based, can create a global milieu of such unity that war becomes impossible!

Grass-roots movements of amazing scope and size have sprung up around the world. Clearing-houses are needed to link this plethora of organizations, and they need to include the capability to connect these multitudes of components on many different levels. This integration can form the foundation of a galactic society. Galactic society is a coherent whole made up of an interlinked, purpose-oriented clan system, in which we can temporarily substitute or interpose special task modules, if need be. These can hook up within the whole according to their points of shared interest and common agendas. The result is a powerful global network dedicated to peace, prosperity, and mutual support. This organic entity uses tools like hono pono pono to come together by emphasizing accepted similarities rather than allowing differences to divide its members. This organized array of synergistic units works efficiently and powerfully for change.

Coordinating Earth's grass-roots movements is now necessary, and here, our Earth allies are more than ready to oblige. Indeed, we have trained them extensively for this purpose. Their idea is to use the transitional governments and the above-mentioned people-oriented groups to form an invincible instrument for total institutional reform. As we said earlier, attempting to bolster the current mess is futile; your fatally flawed governance has reached a point where it must return to its democratic principles and then expand upon them. In fact, this is not as monumental a proposition as it at first appears. To begin with, the powerful deadwood and allied special interests that run your governments need to be removed. This is no time for "more of same". This is why we have supported the vast and sweeping new system proposed by our Earth allies. Its implementation is going to rock the world!

You have moved into an electronic and consciousness-expanding age. This period is the interim between what you have always known and the new world that is about to be born. This new world includes first contact and your return to full consciousness. The question is, how to get you from here to there. The proposals advocated by our Earth allies revolve around this primary issue, and it is no simply task. Herein lies the reason it has taken so long to get you to the starting gate. Numerous legal, financial, and monetary programs had to be approved by influential segments of the world community. Now this is done. The next step is the implementation of what has been agreed to, and slowly but surely these stages are coming on line. What remains now is the trickier stuff.

This "trickier stuff", however, is ready to manifest. Our Earth allies and we are jointly doing what is necessary to get things done. What drives us is the prize of first contact. As you reach the next phase in your journey, we need to move ourselves closer to first contact. Needless to say, we wish to do this as smoothly as possible. Nevertheless, if so ordered by Heaven, we are to comply even if your governments are not yet ready to receive us. Remember that Heaven is unfolding a divine plan, and this plan lays out specific time points that we need to observe. These stipulations will be our orders to initiate first contact, and we go planetward when so directed. Until then we follow the directives of the operation outlined in this and previous updates. Intuitively we feel that working closely with our Earth allies can lead quickly to a successful first contact.

Getting you to return to full consciousness is the crux of what is happening on your world. In support of this goal, huge institutional reform needs to take place and then used to bring about peace, prosperity, and a new awareness of who you really are. The means for this lie within your grasp: Prosperity programs are waiting to be disbursed; new monetary, banking, and economic systems are ready to be activated. All that is needed is the Will to do so. Our Earth allies represent one part of this Will. Once they initiate things, it is your responsibility to take up the baton. Work together and make a world that we can come to in Joy and that Mother Earth can rejoice in. The time comes for you to do your part in making all this a reality!
