A Cosmic Opportunity for Divine Government

A COSMIC OPPORTUNITY FOR DIVINE GOVERNMENT

We have a rare Cosmic event occurring on October 17th and 18th that will
give us a jump-start in manifesting the things we would like to cocreate
in our own lives and on this planet. There is going to be an ultraviolet
pulse beam from higher dimensions than we have previously been able to
experience crossing the path of Earth.

We will be held in the embrace of this highly charged ultraviolet beam of
Light for approximately 17 hours. The energy emanating from this beam
resonates with Humanity's 5th-Dimensional Solar Heart Chakras.

The Beings of Light are revealing that during this 17-hour period the
ultraviolet pulse beam will have the effect of amplifying our thoughts and
emotions ONE MILLIONFOLD. This will be the case regardless of what our
thoughts and emotions are expressing. Needless to say, it is imperative
for all of us to be Peace Commanding Presences during this auspicious
time.

The ultraviolet pulse beam will be a wave of Light that traverses the
planet, so no matter what time zone you are in the important times will be
the same. For 17 hours, from approximately 10:17 a.m. on October 17th
until 1:17 a.m. on October 18th our thoughts and emotions will be
amplified ONE MILLIONFOLD. The peak time will be 5:10 p.m. on October
17th.

Can you imagine how powerful it will be for Lightworkers around the world
to take advantage of this Cosmic Moment by using our thoughts and emotions
to expand the archetypes and matrix for Divine Government on this planet,
as well as empowering the newly reactivated patterns of Heaven on Earth?

ALL THAT IS HIDDEN MUST NOW BE REVEALED!

This edict is reverberating through the ethers in ways that cannot be
ignored. Outer-world events confirm that this facet of the Divine Plan is
in full swing. Now it is the responsibility of every conscious person on
the planet to focus our attention on what we want to cocreate in place of
the negativity being pushed to the surface. From our current perspective,
probably nothing is more critical than expanding the matrix and archetypes
for Divine Government.

The focused attention of Humanity is being drawn to the actions of
governments in practically every country in the world. This is creating a
collective cup of Humanity's consciousness through which the Light of God
can flow to manifest the changes we want to create on Earth.

Our thoughts and feelings are creative. Light is infinitely more powerful
than discord, hatred, war and chaos. If we want to change the horrific
things that are happening on the planet, we have the ability to do so. By
invoking the Light of God and the I AM Presence of every soul involved
with the governments of the world, we can change the course of direction
for this planet. By asking their I AM Presence to take dominion of their
thoughts, words, actions and feelings, a shift of consciousness can take
place that will transform their behavior patterns.

The upcoming elections in the United States of America and the various
challenges taking place around the world are providing an opportunity for
monumental change.

In alignment with the request of the Company of Heaven, this month I AM
dedicating this E-mail article to the manifestation of Divine Government.
The invocations, decrees, visualizations and meditations included here
have the ability to shift the consciousness of those associated with the
governments of the world at national, state and local levels.

All we have to do is affirm these activities of Light effectively and
consistently enough to reach a critical mass for a higher level of
government. We are closer than outer circumstances indicate. Do not under
estimate your ability to add to the Light of the world or to change the
course of direction for the governments on this planet. The Light of God
is ALWAYS Victorious, and WE are that Light!

In order to grasp the significance of the opportunity at hand, we must
understand what Divine Government represents. First of all, Divine
Government is NOT One World Government, a New World Order or any of the
other concepts that have been used to describe the manipulative,
controlling shadow governments ruled by the embodied forces of imbalance.
Divine Government is the antithesis of that level of consciousness.

Divine Government reflects the Universal Law, As above, so below. It is a
self-governing body guided and directed by the I AM Presence of all
Humanity: a government OF our I AM Presence, BY our I AM Presence, FOR our
I AM Presence. When we truly understand what that means, we will see the
tremendous effect Divine Government will have on the World and all Life.

Our I AM Presence is who we really are. This aspect of our Divinity is
multidimensional and transcends our fragmented, manipulative human
consciousness. Our I AM Presence is one with the Divine Heart and Mind of
God. It is our super conscious
mind, and it understands the Divine Principles governing this Earth. Our I
AM Presence knows the urgent need of the hour.

This aspect of our Divinity understands that all Life is interrelated,
interdependent and interconnected. If the family of Humanity is going to
survive, we must come together as a unified force of Divine Love, Harmony
and Balance.

Our I AM Presence also knows that every evolving soul is going through a
unique learning experience and that our various races, religions, creeds,
beliefs, cultures, nationalities and lifestyles are part of that
experience.

Tragically, our fear-based lower human consciousness is distorting much of
what we are expressing through these diversities. However, when our I AM
Presence is in charge, we will revel in the beauty and wonder of all of
our differences.

When our I AM Presence is in control, once and for all, we will understand
that our diversities help us learn and grow. Then we will happily share
our gifts, talents, wisdom, knowledge and abundance to enhance the lives
of all people. We will know that we are cocreating this reality together
and that God's Abundance and the God supply of all good things are
limitless.

As the matrix and archetypes for Divine Government are expanded in the
physical plane, the obsolete, fear-based cup of human consciousness will
be shattered, and the patterns of perfection from the Causal Body of God
that are associated with Divine Government will be available to flow into
the hearts and minds of every Human Being.

This event will greatly expand the Divine Intelligence within the Flame of
Transfiguring Divine Love in every Heart Flame. Then, even the most
resistant souls will awaken and allow their I AM Presence to take command.

Eventually every country will be governed by the I AM Presence of the
people abiding in that country. Since our I AM Presence knows the full
significance of the Oneness of all Life, it understands that only by
working toward the highest good of all concerned in every facet of Life
will we succeed in accomplishing the Divine Plan. Only by creating win-win
situations in every governmental exchange, every human exchange and every
exchange with the environment and the Nature Kingdom will there be Eternal
Peace and Limitless Abundance on Earth.

When our I AM Presence is governing the planet, we will tap into the
patterns of perfection in the Causal Body of God that govern the Universal
Laws affecting energy, medicine, health, healing, the economy, food
supply, shelter, technology, communication, travel, education, science,
sacred geometry, music, art, movement, meditation, spiritual growth,
enlightenment, peace and every other pattern of perfection.
Then we will tangibly cocreate Heaven on Earth in every facet of our
lives.

Now, please become the Instrument of God you are destined to be.
Individually and collectively with your spiritual groups join with fellow
Lightworkers around the world who are participating in these activities of
Light with you. This is a critical moment, and your Light and Love are
needed NOW!

The Four Agreements

The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz, Amber-Allen Publishing, San Rafael, CA (1997).

This is one of the most spiritually powerful books packed into 138 easy to read and understand pages. As my friend William Fitzhugh points out, “A summary is possible, but you really need to read the whole thing to do it justice. And, I might add, it's definitely worth taking the time to read. I have read a whole lot of "great" books in the past 25 some odd years that deal with expanding human potential. I have to say that this one is the clearest, cleanest and simplest I have ever read.”

The Four Agreements can be summed up as follows:

(1) Be Impeccable With Your Word. The broad scope of this concept is to avoid sin against yourself by what you think. Sinning against the self takes many forms: such as, putting yourself down, gossiping, or putting anybody else down because you don't agree with what they think. Actions and words need to be consistent as part of being impeccable with yourself. The other side of the coin is the smoky mirror concept. Ruiz makes the point that our perceptions of others are merely reflections of ourselves. Therefore, to put another down or project negative words or energy towards another person, is to lash out at the other person because of our own insecurities.

(2) Don't Take Anything Personally. There is an awful lot of negative energy out there and some of it is directed at us by other people. If you take it personally and take on the poison of another's words, it becomes a very negative agreement you have with yourself. What anybody thinks about you, or says about you, is really about them. Not taking it personally allows you to be in relationship with anyone and not get trapped in their stuff. This agreement can also pertain to things that we take personally that cause us to go into upset.

(3) Don't Make Assumptions. What we think we understand about what someone says, how someone looks at us, what someone means by what they do, etc, may often not reflect reality at all, and more often than not lead us to think badly of ourselves or of others, and reinforce not being impeccable with our word.

(4) Always Do Your Best. Your "best" is a variable thing from moment to moment. "When you do your best, you don't give the Judge the opportunity to find you guilty or to blame you.” You can always say, “I did my best." There are no regrets. (p.80) The other key to doing your best revolves about being in action. "Action is about living fully. Inaction is the way that we deny life. Inaction is sitting in front of the television every day for years because you are afraid to be alive and to take the risk of expressing what you are. Expressing what you are is taking action. You can have many great ideas in your head, but what makes the difference is the action. Without action upon an idea, there will be no manifestation, no results, and no reward."

Guidelines for life

Courage - Courage is more than just martial courage, especially in our modern times. For modern times, courage can mean the willingness to be a single voice in a hostile crowd, or even just the courage to stand up and be counted in what is sometimes a hostile world.

Truth - Truth is pretty self-explanatory. Tell the truth, even when there could be painful consequences. The consequences for lying are often more harmful than the quick pain of telling the truth and getting the situation over with.

Honor - Think of your honor as your worth in the community. Are you known as a fine, upstanding member of the Community? Do people come to you for advice, and trust your word when it is given? Or do they avoid you, and always look for confirmation of something you tell them? The answer may be a good indication of how your honor is viewed by others.

Fidelity - Fidelity is often thought of in terms of marital fidelity, but there is much more to it than that. Fidelity includes your commitment to your Community, your commitment to your Family/Friends, and your commitment to making the world a better place, as well as your commitment to your spouse or significant other.

Discipline - This is really more self-discipline than imposing discipline on others. This implies a certain amount of discipline to keep oneself from straying from your path of choice into other, perhaps easier, paths. Discipline and fidelity often work very closely together, with discipline providing the willpower needed to retain one's fidelity.

Hospitality - Hospitality is a virtue that you should take very seriously. When a guest comes into your home, offer him or her drink and something to eat. Work hard to make your guests feel comfortable. The virtue of hospitality was very important in almost every ancient society. You never know who that guest really is...

Industriousness - The virtue of industriousness means working hard, and taking pride in one's work, but it also goes beyond that. Are you employed? Disabled? A full-time student? If not, get a job. When you have a job, or are in class, be the person that "gets things done." And this attitude should carry over to your spiritual life, as well. Do your work carefully, pridefully, and well.

Self-Reliance - Self-Reliance fits in very well with Industriousness. Don't wait for someone else to do your job for you. Don't wait for the world to be handed to you on a platter. Those who do it themselves are favored above others. This certainly doesn't mean that you have to do something completely alone if you have no idea how, or if you really just can't do it. What it does mean is that you should learn things from life, learn how to solve common problems, and maybe learn a craft or two. Pick up a book on brewing, or carving, or even plumbing or something. Have a hobby, perhaps one that can make nifty things for you to use. Who knows, you might even be able to sell things and make some extra money.

Perseverance - Times were hard in the old days. Only those who were strong, smart, and crafty survived. Times are still hard. We can't give up at the first sign of adversity. Work, strive, carry on, and don’t give up. Those words embody the essence of perseverance. Whom do we admire? Those who have worked hard, pulled themselves up by their bootstraps, and made something of themselves through their grit and gumption. *That* is perseverance.

For the past six months I have been undergoing the greatest paradigm shift I have ever had to go through. It has rattled my nerves and shaken my bones. This intense adjustment of my "world"has come about by studying the information given by Col. Tom Bearden at his website Cheniere. The new knowledge there has necessitated a total revision of my ideas about physical reality, the world we live in, and the future of humanity. This paradigm shifting even actually made me dizzy on certain days as I tried to absorb and digest Bearden's vast amount of information. I am not a scientist at all, just a layman, and I have little comprehension of the math and high physics of this new science called "Scalar Electromagnetics."But there is a great deal of information at Cheniere which needs to become common knowledge as fast as possible, for the sake of the survival of life on earth. To that end I have put together this small primer of Bearden's ideas, as a kind of "beginner's guide" to his website. (I have tried to underline certain words and phrases which are part of the new "jargon" of talking about these "new" phenomena. Also I have taken the liberty of bolding certain words and phrases to help them stick in the mind).

America lost: Congress votes to legalize war crimes and bolster a military dictatorship

If you haven't been watching the political arena lately, you may not have noticed that the U.S. Congress last week handed President Bush a bill that, if signed, would spell the end of America as we know it.
Called the Military Commissions Act of 2006, the bill abandons the Geneva Convention (formed after Hitler's atrocities in WWII), legalizes the torture of U.S. citizens, suspends all civil rights for prisoners and allows the President to declare virtually anyone to be an "enemy combatant" -- artists, writers, scientists, protestors or anyone who does not agree with the pro-war stance of the current regime.
It would also retroactively grant blanket immunity to all U.S. military personnel who have committed war crimes under the Geneva Convention. Such immunity would extend to present and future war crimes as well. In other words, the United States will now officially harbor and support war criminals. In the context of international law, the United States is effectively declaring itself to be a criminal state that will respect no international law.
Just as frighteningly, the new Act would utterly nullify the courts and make it illegal for the judicial branch of government to interfere with the imprisonment and torture of anyone, thus affecting a dangerous power shift from the judicial branch of government to the executive branch.
Hitler followed the same strategy in centralizing his own power, and by nullifying the courts while taking over the media, he was able to propagandize his war, arrest all dissenters, and concentrate power in his own hands. The ultimate result was an unjust war and a humanitarian disaster that haunts the world to this day.
The United States is now firmly on the same path. These are dark times for our nation, and future historians will no doubt look upon this historic vote as the trigger that thrust the United States into a full-fledged police state, complete with secret arrests, government spying on citizens, and the mysterious "disappearance" of those who dared to speak out against the dictator.
A disgraced nation
What the U.S. Congress has done is beyond shameful. The rest of the world now sees the United States as a rogue nation, led by a power-grabbing madman who has, in six short years, taken us to the threshold of Police State tyranny, all while claiming to be protecting the Constitution.
Read the Military Commissions Act yourself! Here's a passage that nullifies the judicial branch:
"No court, justice, or judge shall have jurisdiction to hear or consider any claim or cause of action whatsoever, including any action pending on or filed after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, relating to the prosecution, trial, or judgment of a military commission under this chapter, including challenges to the lawfulness of procedures of military commissions under this chapter."
And here's another passage that rebukes the Geneva Convention:
"No person may invoke the Geneva Conventions or any protocols thereto in any habeas corpus or other civil action or proceeding to which the United States, or a current or former officer, employee, member of the Armed Forces, or other agent of the United States is a party as a source of rights in any court of the United States or its States or territories."
It makes you wonder. What kind of evil nation would reject, with such legal precision, the humanitarian protections of the Geneva Convention? What kind of U.S. Attorney General would allow a new law to nullify the federal courts? And what kind of traitorous Senator or Congressperson would vote for such a law in the first place?
Even twelve Democrats voted for the bill. The names of these traitors to our nation are:
Tom Carper of Delaware
Tim Johnson of South Dakota
Mary Landrieu of Louisiana
Frank Lautenberg of New Jersey
Menendez of New Jersey
Bill Nelson of Florida
Ben Nelson of Nebraska
Senator Pryor of Arkansas
Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia
Ken Salazar of Colorado
Debbie Stabenow of Michigan
Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut
And, of course, most Republicans voted for the bill as well. That's because their strategy for winning elections is to frame all reasonable men as "cut-and-run" sissies who don't have the backbone to bomb civilians, torture young children and imprison their own people under a system of legalized tyranny.
It is no exaggeration to say that every lawmaker who voted for this bill should be arrested and tried for treason. Failure to do so, in fact, is itself a crime against the United States of America.
By the way, this is NOT about Republican vs. Democrat. It's about the structure of power in this country and the dangers of consolidating political power. If these laws are left in place, any future President (even a Democrat) could use them to terrorize the nation and erect an impenetrable dictatorship. The real danger is not found in any one politician, but rather in the existence of a great political imbalance that invites dictatorship and nullifies the checks and balances that have kept our nation relatively free for so long. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
A repeat of Nazi Germany
Ever wonder how German citizens in the 1930's allowed the rise of a brutal dictator and the emergence of a military dictatorship? Actually, you're watching it happen right now in the United States. This is exactly how it happened in Nazi Germany.
The comparison is no longer metaphorical. It is literal. The U.S. government is following the recipe to the letter: The selling of fear to create a reaction where citizens demand greater "security," the centralization of power, the suspension of civil rights, the defiance of accepted international law, the control of the press through threats and propaganda, the excusing of war crimes committed by our own military leaders, the arrogance of believing the whole world should think, and act, and govern just like us. These are the ideas of madmen, and yet today, they are now official policy of the United States government.
Chavez, the President of Venezuela was absolutely right in his recent United Nations speech (which almost everyone vilifies in the mainstream media, but no one has actually read). It's not just Chavez, either. Practically the whole world can see what's happening. The citizens of Canada, Australia, South America, Asia, India, the UK and yes, even Germany can see the United States government is fast becoming a radical military dictatorship, nullifying its own founding principles and diving head first into a bottomless pit of war, fear mongering, aggression and counterfeit righteousness.

Read anything by Noam Chomsky. I recommend his latest book, "Failed States: The abuse of power and the assault on Democracy." Although the book's material is presented in a technical, academic tone, this book is a major eye opener, especially if you haven't lived outside the United States and you still think U.S. news reports the truth. Another book I recommend by Chomsky is, "Manufacturing Consent," which explores the role of the mainstream media in controlling the people for political gain.
And most importantly, if you are an American citizen, vote the criminals out of office in the next election. This includes voting against anyone who supported the Military Commissions Act of 2006, regardless of their party affiliation. These politicians only get away with this because the voters let them. By exercising your vote, you exert real influence over the future of this country.
Even if you believe the elections are rigged (hint: they are), your voting action at least registers in the consciousness of other voters. (Intention is a powerful thing.)

The time has come to take a stand
If we don't take major action right now to save our nation from tyranny, we will all soon be prisoners under our own government. The disappearance of dissenters, ramping up of secret police operations and the suspension of all remaining freedoms will begin shortly thereafter.
This is not conjecture, nor exaggeration, nor worst-case scenario. This is reality. This is happening right now, right under our noses. You are witnessing the planned destruction of a free nation, piece by piece, and the rise of an evil empire that can only result in mass suffering, death and despair.
This new evil empire has no respect for human life, civil rights or international law. But it does have nuclear weapons and insane leaders who are no doubt willing to do anything to further consolidate power and control over the resources of the world. This is precisely the recipe for disaster, and do not be surprised if these madmen resort to the unthinkable in order to win more elections and further centralize their power. Pay careful attention to events in the weeks before major elections, as these war mongers know full well that a carefully-planned "terrorist attack" on U.S. soil in the weeks before an election would turn the tide in their favor.

These people will stop at nothing, I believe, to stay in power. And as we have seen throughout history, the greater the concentration of power, the more cruel and insane every government becomes. Remember: It is the distribution of power among separate branches of government that has kept the United States so free for so long, and yet today, our legislative branch (the Senators and Congresspeople) have voted to make themselves irrelevant, effectively ceding all power to the executive branch (the President and his soldiers) by the simple fact that the President can now have any lawmaker arrested and imprisoned if they do not vote in alignment with the President's wishes. Dissent is now illegal.
Unless this decision is vigorously opposed and reversed, this nation is lost. We are at a crossroads, a crucial turning point for the future of our nation, and if we do not halt this madness, impeach this President and arrest all those who would so easily trample upon the freedoms we have held so dear for so long, then we are no wiser, nor any freer than the German citizens of the 1930's who watched their own country devolve into the infamous Nazi empire.
