Power from water

I attended the first conference of the New Energy Movement in Portland Oregon in 2004 where ideas such as this were presented. I talked to 4 inventors who were shot at or beaten senseless in the middle of the night to discourage them from developing their energy inventions. Two of them were Canadian. One of them identified his assailants as Americans. Dr. Brian O'Leary, a former astronaut, wrote a stinging article called "Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest" about the morons, miscreants and criminals who have been working hard to debunk and suppress new energy technology. Like Einstein said "Condemnation without investigation is the greatest form of ignorance"
