Extraterrestrial Vehicles (ETV's) in Lima

That is an impressive video news clip. The camera footage of the formation of perhaps 16 UFOs over Lima, the capital of Peru, is yet another installment in the Star Nations campaign of increasingly public overflights of major population centers, so as to awaken the general public that they are here.
It is refreshing to see a (Peruvian) Air Force officer talking calmly to ATV television channel news reporters about the mass display of Star Visitors presence. It's hard to imagine a U.S. Air Force officer giving the same interview currently.
And the Peruvian television news staff said "We are not alone in the universe." Can you imagine that said by a CBS, NBC or ABC anchor?
Thus, the U.S. is a backward country, and Peru a modern country, when it comes to the truth of Star Nations presence.
