Even though I do not always post “the Cobra” updates, I was very keen to read what he had to say about “The New Financial System”. In this Cobra update, he gives a synopsis of that.

Highlights

Planetary Situation Update: The New Financial System

There is a lot of confusion about the collateral accounts, even among people working behind the scenes. Let us clear that confusion.

Collateral accounts were a creation of the Cabal after WW1 when they persuaded many nations to give up their gold into their custody with an excuse that a gold-backed financial system with strong independent national banks creates geopolitical instability and can lead into wars like WW1. Bank of International Settlements (BIS) was created for that reason in 1930. After the creation of BIS, the Cabal went to China and persuaded the Chinese (sometimes gently and sometimes not so gently) to give up their gold in exchange for phony bonds.The Cabal never had any intention to repay these bonds back. The next phase of their operations was to steal the rest of the Eastern gold through the operation Golden Lily and then bury their lot in Philippines (Yamashita gold) and in Indonesia.

This gold was used to underwrite the western financial system under Bretton Woods agreement. The Cabal controlled the apparently fiat financial system which was visible and hid the shadow banking system which was created by putting large sums of money into central banking trading programs, using the hidden gold to back up their investment. Those programs soon generated astronomical sums of virtual money which could not be taken out of the banks as it was part of the shadow banking system (for example White Spiritual Boy account with all its virtual quadrillions of dollars) and only very small part of it was taken out through money laundering operations. Nobody who was not tied to Cabal was ever allowed close to those prosperity programs and even a small fraction of the programs that tried to include non-Cabal oriented people were soon seized or shot down by the Cabal.

The Cabal was steadily using the gold they have stolen to finance the construction of their underground military bases and their secret space program between 1953 and 2004.

In February 2012, the Resistance Movement removed all that gold from the hands of the Cabal. This is the reason Fulford can not find real proof of any current gold vaults anywhere in Asia. [here's a link to the relevant Fulford post (a full posting is here)] That removal of gold was a brilliant move. From then on we are having a real fiat financial system on the surface on the planet. That kind of financial system is very unstable and the Cabal has to be very careful with their financial machinations. For the first time in human history the financial system in not underwritten by gold. This creates a dynamic tension which speeds up the Event because such financial system can not exist for a very long time and would eventually collapse on its own due to lack of trust and lack of real foundation and that would be the last possible moment for the Event.

Now the Cabal tries to underwrite their unstable financial system with worldwide real estate grab and this is the reason for so many foreclosures of homes.

There is a lot of misunderstanding about the bonds the Cabal was issuing since the 1930s. These bonds can be never repaid back since the Cabal does not have the gold they stole throughout the ages from humanity anymore. They are also very short on liquid cash and that little they have is far from enough to repay even a small fraction of those bonds.

The purpose of these bonds is not to extract value from the Cabal but to use them as a tool to enforce the bankruptcy of their corrupt financial system when the time is right.

Historical owners of all that gold and bonds that represent it are not the Chinese, nor Keenan, nor White Dragons Society, nor anybody appointed M1 (monetary controller). The institute of M1 is a creation of the Cabal. The owner and true heir is humanity as a whole and after the Event the collateral accounts will be transferred to humanity in total.

After the Event the Resistance will return the gold to humanity and it will be stored on the surface of the planet to underwrite the new financial system. Therefore that gold will not be traded in open market, whereas gold in private ownership will be traded and exchanged freely.

This structuring of the new financial system is one part of a secret agreement which was made between 57 members of the Eastern Alliance in the Monaco Accords meeting in August 2011.

No new M1 will be appointed. No member of the Cabal will be allowed anywhere close to the collateral accounts, let alone the new Jesuit pope, and most of those people will be arrested anyway.

Various groups that are working to liberate the financial system from the hands of the Cabal (White Dragons, Keenan, OPPT) will have advisory role and a council of government officials democratically elected after the Event will be the trustees of the collateral accounts. The whole system will be completely transparent and this transparency will be supervised by the Resistance Movement.

Currency Revaluation (Iraqi Dinar, Vietnamese Vong [Dong]) will have a minor role in the reset of the financial system as this is a transition into a true gold backed system under the supervision of the Light forces and NOT a speculative revaluation of currencies.

This new financial system will be only a temporary solution as true cashless society will be created on the surface of this planet after the First Contact, backed up by advanced spiritual technologies of the Galactic Confederation. This cashless society will recognize true value of incarnated human souls and will provide them with physical and spiritual abundance.

Many people are wondering why the Event does not happen already. It is because all etheric negative entities must be removed before that in order for the key members of the Event operation teams on the surface of the planet to work harmoniously. It is true that statistical mean value for the expected number of casualties at the time of the Event is around 100,000 people. But if anything goes wrong among the key people of the surface population coordinating the Event operations, it could be much higher and easily reach tens of millions of people and that is something the Light forces are not willing to risk. We have seen so many instances when so-called light workers or light warriors manifested intolerable behavior because they were under the influence of the etheric Archons. You might remember the French Revolution. It started so well and you know how it ended.

The Event will happen when it will happen. Until it happens, let us do everything that is within our power to make it happen as son [soon] as possible in a harmonious way. Care is called for at this time as we proceed with the many plans to free your world from your oppressors. The speed at which these events proceed is not important at this time, although we do strive to maintain forward momentum as we push ahead with the many scheduled phases of this, as well as other aspects of the overall plan.

We see we remain on schedule, and we also foresee no delays to this operation. Remain ever patient as you will experience the fruition of this plan, as we will not permit any obstacles to stand in our way.

Many of you are waiting to see action, and it is action you shall see. By now many of you know what is asked of you, but these tasks do bear repeating. Please look after your fellow human family members as many may experience fear and confusion upon seeing so many political and financial figures taken into custody simultaneously and also in rapid succession. The arrests will climb high into your political arenas, and it is here where we foresee the bulk of those who fear suffering a greater emotional toll.

No one and no office within your world governments are off-limits, and legal indictments have already been prepared against some of your most powerful political figures. They will be taken into custody just as anyone who commits a crime against another has in your legal systems, and they will enjoy no luxuries due to their alleged stature or wealth.

They will be removed from their offices and positions within your governments and financial systems and will be arraigned in a court of law at which time the charges against them will be made known to them and to the public as well. You are the victims in these cases, and therefore you will be kept abreast each and every step of the way throughout these prosecutions.

We ask you to assist to spread the news of these pending arrests as to strengthen the impact of what they will mean to the people of your world. It is not overestimating these connected events when declaring humanity will finally be free from the tyrannical rule of those who have oppressed you for so very long.

We see this day as your true Independence Day, and we see this day replacing in stature many of your current holidays which may have little to do with important matters of your world. This day will be remembered and celebrated by all throughout your world no matter one’s nationality or religious background, making this a truly global holiday celebration.

Many of you are impatient at this time awaiting action, and we say to you action is what you will see. You will not be let down in this regard, as nothing can or will delay these proceedings any longer. We see a date when you can begin to witness these events for yourself, and on this day this is what you will see. Get ready, as this day is not far off.

“What then?” many of you are asking. Upon these arrests we, along with our allies, will begin the next phase of the overall operation which is to make our presence known to all of your planet who will not turn a blind eye to us.

We have a very meticulous plan that we see successfully reaching its desired outcome, and upon our readings that a suitable number of you understand who we are and why we are here, we will immediately proceed with the next phase of the operation which is the landings of many of our ships and personnel that will interface with you, the people of Earth.

Not all of our crewmembers and officers are of the humanlike species, and many of you will soon be meeting many different beings from many different star systems. Some of these beings will appear quite different to you and even sometimes what you have least imagined. We say to you that all the members of the Ashtar Command are ascended beings, which is only accomplished through love and spiritual understanding.

There is never a reason for you to be fearful or concerned with your safety when interacting with any of these beings, and you will find that many different beings interact not only professionally, but socially as well, and many close friends have been made throughout our command.

We look forward to enlisting humans from your planet to join us as new recruits ready to begin your new careers that many of you may find quite satisfying in so many different areas. We also look forward to welcoming back some of our crewmembers who have incarnated into the physical to carry out their duties as our agents in the field.

Your positions and stations await your return, and your careers will pick up just where they left off no matter how long it is that you have been gone.

The Ashtar Command plans to see humanity’s ascension through, and remain here with you for a time afterwards ensuring the safety and well-being of the newly ascended human. This moment is just up ahead as events are moments away from unfolding in blissful excitement. Your buildup of anticipation has been long, and this also suits a very important purpose. All has been for a reason, and we see many of you understand this clearly. Your experience every step of the way has been carefully designed and implemented, and this is just as true for these last years and months as it ever was. As a matter of fact, your recent history has been more meticulously orchestrated than any other time in your history. Nothing has been left to chance, and nothing about your experience has been overlooked.

Some of you may feel certain aspects of your recent experience has been nothing more than a waiting game, but we assure you that it is we who have been waiting on you. As we have often made very clear, it is your world and it is up to you. We are assisting, this is all we have been permitted to do and we cannot overstep our bounds. I hope you hold this to be true. There will be a long series of changes to your world beginning with the arrests of the leaders of the dark cabal, and the changes will be far-reaching and these changes will alter many ways of your current lives. We feel many of you are reading these words, but we also feel there are those of you who doubt, those of you who distrust the veracity of these words.

We say to you to go with your instincts, as your intuition will better guide you through these challenging times. Many of you are demanding proof at this time, and it is solid proof that you will not receive, as there are many different amounts of proof that each of you requires, and there are also different amounts each individual requires depending on the subject matter and how much of the information is already at least familiar to this particular person. So you see how handing you proof on a silver platter is not a viable option?

At this time there are many fingers in the dyke trying to stop leaks from so many different areas, but we tell you very soon this dyke will burst if we are not permitted to land and begin our many projects with you. Greetings from the Federation:

Today we speak of the Disclosure plan unfolding in your world. Two leaders of your cabal, key members of a control group responsible for the false flag operations that would seek to undermine our disclosure to you, have capitulated. They have been moved to safe zones to be out of touch with those that would seek to obtain their authority to undertake the plans the Illuminati have developed for the Disclosure scenario. They have been effectively neutralized with no harm to anyone.

You must remember that there are two separate forces at work on your planet. One is from off world entities that seek to control you using your own human species in positions of power and trust who have been corrupted by greed and power. The other are those very minions, your own people who have chosen to move away from their own in service to the dark. Dear Mr. President,

It’s with a sense of disappointment that I reply to your response to our petition asking you to disclose the presence of extraterrestrials on and around our planet. (1) I reply as one of the organizations (The 2012 Scenario) that promoted this petition even though I, as a Canadian, did not sign it.

I state from the outset that I am friendly to your presidency and have been your supporter since the beginning of your campaign and remain so, as a cursory examination of my Internet site will show. (2) I urge you to hear these comments therefore as coming from a friendly source, and not from someone who wishes you ill.

I’m aware of the situation you face as President. For instance, I’m aware of the tsunami of partisan and unjustified criticism that your opponents have leveled against you since the day of your election, criticism that has unjustifiably lost you a great number of friends.

As one example of it, while you established to my satisfaction your own birth in the United States, your opponent in the last election, John McCain, was born in Panama and a previous President, George H.W. Bush, appears most likely to have been born in Germany. But nothing is made of these facts and allegations although they’ve been repeatedly made publicly. This is just one indication from many that the flood of propaganda against you is simply designed to cripple your Presidency. (3)

I’m also aware of the threat of assassination from such quarters as the CIA “black operations” unit or certain units of the U.S. Armed forces that has hung over those who publicly acknowledged the ET/UFO presence. (4)

I’d remind you that we in the Disclosure community who press for acknowledgement of the friendly ET presence have in the past willingly faced that threat of assassination as well as the risk of government harassment and loss of employability. But we continue to speak out because we know that disclosing the presence of peaceful extraterrestrial civilizations is of such importance to humanity that the risk to us is acceptable. We look to you to show the same courage and willingness to bear risk.

I’d remind you as well that your government routinely asks the men and women of America to face death in Iraq, Afghanistan and other theaters of war. The failure of members of your Administration to face that risk as well would seem to me to be a contradiction.

To say that I understand the reasons for your lack of transparency is not to say that I support them. I’m saddened that an opportunity such as this has been missed to reveal to the world that friendly extraterrestrials exist and are visiting the Earth for peaceful reasons at the present time. I’m especially saddened because you yourself initiated the device of petitions to the White House and yet your response seems to belie a lack of serious intent in addressing the issues therein raised.

I’m disappointed because we believe, on reasonable grounds, that Presidents like Dwight D. Eisenhower met with extraterrestrials (5) and that the Government of the United States has made treaties with them as well. (6)

I’m disappointed because the evidence of a UFO cover-up has been presented so broadly that I’d think it impossible for the United States Government to prolong its policy of denial and cover-up without losing all public credibility. (7) I think it not far-fetched to assert that an entire generation knows the details of your cover-up. Those of us who know the truth will no longer be silent or support your silence.

I’m disappointed as well because we’re reasonably convinced that the United States operates a secret space fleet called “Solar Warden,” (8) routinely flies spacecraft to Mars and back (the TR3-B Aurora), (9) has bases on Mars and the Moon as well, and regularly meets with extraterrestrials there. We know as well the existence of jump rooms to Mars, (10) of teleportation devices to terrestrial bases, (11) and of time travel. (12)

I’m disappointed also because it’s a matter of public knowledge that your armed forces and contractors have back-engineered materials like Kevlar and Teflon and devices like the silicon chip, laser, fiber-optics, anti-gravity technology, and stealth technology from downed spacecraft such as that which crashed at Roswell. (13)

The response of your science adviser to our petition seems to reflect a desire by your administration to continue the deception of the public. We’d like to point out that the response of the public generally, through mass demonstrations like the Occupy Together movement, signals a rejection of such a policy of opaqueness and deception. We’d also like to remind you that you yourself rejected such a policy upon running for and assuming your office.

Let me review some of the evidence that reveals the truth of the situation, the extent of public knowledge of the ET/UFO presence, and the friendly actions of the ETs to encourage us to disclose without forcing the situation.

Increasing numbers of former government employees are breaking the enforced policy of silence on the matter of ETs and UFOs. The Disclosure Project and the Hastings Panel (14) are comprised of military officers, former government personnel, and contractors who know that UFOs exist and who, sometimes at the risk of their careers and sometimes at the risk of their lives, come forward to confront the Government’s policy of denial.

Routinely, hundreds of videos of UFOs appear on YouTube. So as not to frighten us, the peace-loving extraterrestrials, most of whom are human in appearance and are in fact our forebears, usually maintain a respectful distance from us.

But they’ve appeared in fleets, distantly seen, above such cities as New York, London, Seoul, Mexico City, Lima, and elsewhere. (15) They’ve appeared in dramatic circumstances such as the sighting above the Dome on the Rock. (16) They’ve appeared around catastrophes like the Japanese earthquake and tsunami, the Icelandic volcanic eruption, etc. There are even photographs circulating of them appearing at your political rallies. (See the photo at the top of this story.)

Routinely as well, representatives of galactic civilizations issue messages to terrestrials and have been doing so since a British TV station was interrupted on Nov. 26, 1977 to carry a message from the Galactic Federation. (17)

While SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) trains its linked arrays of radiotelescopes on outer space listening for clicks and beeps, the rest of us regularly read extraterrestrial messages from representatives of the Galactic Federation, which is currently around the planet in millions of cloaked space vehicles. (18) They won’t interfere with us until invited. Unlike us they respect the universal laws, including the Law of Freewill. (That having been said, they are here on a mission and will decloak at some point if no response is forthcoming from us.)

To us, it seems more than anachronistic that all contemporary scientists deny the existence of intergalactic life and claim to have no knowledge of its nature. We’d be happy to enlighten them on those matters if they’d ask us. Our knowledge of galactic culture and technology is growing by leaps and bounds which all will enjoy once the ET presence is disclosed and their ships can land among us. There is nothing to fear from their presence and much to be gained by everyone on Earth.

That the extraterrestrial fleet here to assist us at this time is friendly has been shown by their actions: they’ve prevented nuclear bombs from being exploded on this planet; they’ve prevented wars from breaking out such as American and Israeli attempts to start a war with Iran; they’ve neutralized the toxic components of nuclear bombs, depleted-uranium weapons, chemtrails, and pandemics (manufactured at Fort Detrick); they’ve prevented numerous wars and false-flag operations from being perpetrated; they’ve moderated the impact of storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions which have been deliberately triggered by rogue military elements who themselves received the weather-warfare technology from equally-rogue extraterrestrial civilizations.

These rogue civilizations such as the little Greys and others have been responsible for the many abductions of the past fifty years, which could only have come about because of treaties with primarily the American government which allowed the acts to occur in return for ET technology. The benign fleet that surrounds the Earth at the present time has delivered this planet from the little Greys, who can no longer approach the Earth.

Had the Galactic Federation wished to do us harm, they could have done so at any time in the past several decades during which they’ve protected this planet against others who meant us harm, including many in our own governments.

You can see then that an entire generation is growing up that’s well aware of the UFO cover-up and gaining knowledge every day of all aspects of space civilizations and cultures. It’s impossible for you to pretend that extraterrestrials don’t exist and foolhardy of your government to try.

Your Administration missed this opportunity to abandon the cover-up by responding in an intelligent and wise manner to our petition. But we won’t let up in our attempts to convince you – that is, before the extraterrestrials themselves disclose their presence. Our position is simple: honesty is the best policy and the population at large no longer can be deceived in the same way it has up until now without the Government experiencing the consequences.

In an exclusive ExopoliticsTV interview released Oct. 26, 2011, a human representative of the Andromeda Council, a reported galactic governance council whose membership consists of star systems and includes representation from the galactic governance council of our Milky Way Galaxy, disclosed policing actions being undertaken by star systems of the Andromeda Council using advanced sonic energy beam weapons against specific undersea bases operated by Draco & Hydra based reptilian extraterrestrials off of the Middle East and of China.

The Middle East reptilian undersea base

In his ExopoliticsTV interview, the Andromeda council representative stated, “[The base] is located in the area of the Gulf of Aden. This gulf is located in the Arabian Sea between Yemen, on the south coast of the Arabian Peninsula, and Somalia in the Horn of Africa. In the northwest, it connects with the Red Sea through the Bab-el-Mandeb strait, which is about 20 miles wide…. As you may or may not know the “vortex” phenomena also happened in this body of water, the Gulf of Aden.”

As to the purpose of destroying the reptilian base off of the Middle East, Tolec states, “But, taking out the Reptilian base on the floor of the ocean south of the Saudi Arabian, UAE, Yemen, Oman peninsula is a priority, a much more pressing matter. The reason is simple. As you know, Earth’s history continues to repeat itself year after year. The squabbling, the skirmishes in this region, these have gone on for thousands of years. And the original reasons for these skirmishes have gotten blown way out of proportion. With help from the Reptilian undersea base, as you can understand.

“And, the constant ‘bombardment’ of this region with a highly disruptive -agitation, confusion, anger & fear based sonic energy beamed from the transmitter from this specific undersea base' continues to escalate the possibility of full blown war in this region. Constant fighting, constant irritation, constant bickering' even among their own people. And they don’t even realize what is going on. They don’t even know the reason why - The undersea base with its transmitter.

“In closing, I’m going to quote the commander of primary Andromeda Council biosphere, when I asked him about this situation, he said,

“’The people in this area are being played much like what you call ‘pawns on a chess board’, and they have no knowledge as to how, why, or how long this has taken place. We have to and we will put a stop to this. This undersea base will be taken out.

"’Yes, outside parties, with outside interests, have attempted nuclear strikes in order to start a full-scale war in this region. Which we have stopped, disabled and neutralized their bombs, a few times. Yes, we had a ‘hand’ in this.

"’Understand, a full-scale nuclear war cannot and will not happen in this region. We will not allow actions that permit nuclear war to start by either side. The impact would be far too great to your planet, your people, and the rest of your solar system. What you do on Earth affects us all.’”

The reptilian undersea base off China

Tolec explains the goal of the destruction of the reptilian base off China as follows, “This undersea base is also in deep water, much like the undersea base in the Middle East region. This base is thousands of feet deep in the ocean off of the coast of China' it’s a about (1) mile down located on the ocean floor.

Tolec states, “This specific base has also been here a long time, in operation for about 3,000 years. This base, like the one in the Middle East, has also beamed a very focused, very specifically attenuated fear based frequency. It’s a different sonic frequency but it works the same way, beamed right toward the Asian mainland meant to keep the people, the population of China, of this whole region as best as possible, in a place of constant emotional fear, intimidation, anxiety & control. For years these people have been highly manipulated & highly ‘controlled' in a constant state of fear for their lives, mode. They have so few freedoms, living under the strict regime of the government.

Even if this specific transmitter is set at a low level, it’s still effective. It’s turned on for approximately 30 minutes at a time. Like the undersea transmitter in the Middle East, it also rotates. Its reach is also long range & can affect the Korean Peninsula, China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and other countries in this region.

Tolec concludes, “This is the intent of this specific energy frequency: control & manipulation through continually perpetuated fear & anxiety. Which of course generates more fear. But lets ask why. This is more important, why? Well, the Reptilians & the Greys soak up, they literally feed off of negative energy, negative emotions – like anxiety, fear, terror, much like the human drug classification of – amphetamines. The Reptilians, they crave this human emotion fear, as a consumable, as one food source. As with any drug, the more they have, the more they want.”

In an exclusive Oct. 31, 2011 ExopoliticsTV interview, the human representative of the Andromeda Council confirmed that a 5.0 earthquake reported by the U.S. Geological Survey (U.S.G.S.) to have occurred in the Gulf of Aden at 1:22 am on October 31, 2011 was in fact an effect of a sonic beam weapons attack by the Procyon star system (members of the Andromeda Council) on a Draco & Reptilian undersea base located at the same coordinates as the epicenter of the Gulf of Aden earthquake. (See FIG A for U.S.G.S. map setting out the exact epicenter of the Gulf of Aden earthquake).

In an October 31, 2011 statement, Tolec, the human representative of the Andromeda Council stated, “Yes, I was able to confirm this event with the commander of the primary biosphere where many of the Andromeda Council meetings are held. This was a strike by the Procyon people. They're just doing their job as promised. This base in now completely collapsed & destroyed.”
Tolec, the human representative of the Andromeda Council, forwarded this reporter this statement confirming the Andromeda Council attack. At the time Tolec forwarded this statement, Tolec had no prior knowledge of the U.S.G.S. map or other source setting out the exact epicenter of the Gulf of Aden earthquake when he forwarded the Andromeda Council statement about this attack.
The Andromeda Council statement itself established the location of the Procyon star system sonic beam weapons attack on the reptilian base as identical to the exact location of epicenter of the Oct. 31, 2011 Gulf of Aden earthquake.
The Andromeda Council Oct. 31, 2011 attack comes a little more that two months after the Andromeda Council’s reported sonic beam weapons’ attack of August 23, 2011 that destroyed underground Orion grey and Draco & Hydra reptilian bases and tunnels under Washington, D.C. and that resulted in a shallow 0.1 km earthquake felt from Virginia to Ottawa, Canada.
Independent researchers have now stated that the August 23, 2001 Virginia-Washington, DC earthquake was the result of advanced extraterrestrial attack using frequency weapons to destroy grey, reptilian and New World Order (NWO) bases under Washington, DC, and that similar advanced extraterrestrial attacks destroyed underground reptilian and NWO bases under Denver, CO and in the southwest USA.
