Perhaps you have noticed that there has not been any reporting done this month on the budget for the Federal Government to continue operating. Also, when the Federal Reserve just met the first part of this month, they didn't do anything and their stance on the economy was to see if it would work it's self out. I
thought that was odd right before an election. So my conclusion was that the
Federal government really IS bankrupt / broke, which is what I have been hearing for some time now.
Please take what I am going to say here as a heads up ONLY. As we know, the only thing for certain in this world is death and taxes. I would not send this to you if I did not care about the well being of others but please just keep in mind, it is up to you what you believe or don't believe.
I have been a member of a private forum for a couple of years or more. One of
the Moderators on the forum is VERY heavily involved with the Restore America
movement which is now the "Republic of the United States" thus this person knows what is happening first hand.
For quite some time there has been a great deal going on for the good of the
American people and "restoring" our freedom. The Republic of the United States is based on Constitutional laws and is a people's government. In my humble opinion it is our only hope to stop those who's plan is new world order (NWO)
and the removal of ALL our freedom plus MUCH more.
Presently, we have been told on the private forum that The Republic of the United States is now fully funded and have everything in place ready to step in and take over in the event of the collapse of the corporation (Federal Government) on the 29th.
The 29th is the end of the corporation's (Federal Government) fiscal year and
congress has no budget and can't get a budget unless they get lucky. There are forces at work to prevent that. So that means by Thursday morning the U.S. Federal government may very well be "out of business".
We have been told the only way the fed has any hope of refunding itself by Wednesday is the RV of the Iraqi Dinar and there are forces at work blocking
that from happening in time for them to save themselves.
In the event that this does happen, we are told our currency will return to the gold standard. We are told the conversion will likely be 8 to 1. Thus if you
have cash now stock up on necessities and non-perishables. BUT please do not get upset about the devalued dollar (it is worthless) and remember that you will
also be paying LESS for everything when it all gets ironed out. You really won't loose money and it is likely that you will gain. But the shock will cause many people to riot and create havoc. Just remember how much better off we will become after the shock. The U.S. WILL be restored.
I am told there will be at least a 3-day Banking Holiday to accommodate the currency switch. Businesses will likely be closed also. And it is likely to result in riots by those unaware of the good that is coming.
This Moderator has told us to spread the word as much as we can QUIETLY so that people can prepare for this by stocking up on food and fuel, etc. Above all we are told not to panic and stay close to home. In the event that the corporation "get's lucky" and finds the funds to operate a while longer, it will only be
prolonging the inevitable and perhaps even place us in a hyperinflation economy like Germany was before they ultimately do crash. Personally, I would rather see the crash now as in the dead of winter.
A collapse MUST happen and it is better now than later. We certainly dont want them to complete their NWO agenda. So IMHO, if freedom means preparing for CHAOS for a while then I for one will brace my self for this as there WILL be light at the end of the tunnel. We will have prosperity and our freedom given back to us. We are advised to stay close to home and DO NOT raise a hand in violence. We are told that the military is on "our side", and they will support the people and
the Republic of the United States. But they will KEEP THE PEACE AND NOT TOLERATE RIOTING AND FIGHTING, ETC.
We are told the corporation (Federal Government) will disintegrate either this week or in the very near future. Who knows what can happen between now and Thursday but to be forewarned is to be forearmed. It is totally your decision as to what you want to believe or if you even want to prepare for what "might happen". The messages at this site are the result of communications between Mark Kimmel and beings who are not the current indigenous humans of this planet. This is my 23rd posting to Mark’s Corner for 2010 that involves communications with non-humans. It is with great pleasure that I again welcome Adrial, a most beautiful celestial of this universe.

Greeting to all. Those of you who have been reading the messages at this site since 2008 have most rightly concluded that the fear-based problems of Earth and her human inhabitants will not be solved using 3rd dimensional solutions. There are no tools in the 3rd dimension to overcome the fear, lies, war, greed, and power struggles that go on in the 3rd dimension. A more radical approach must be imposed: Moving beyond the enslaving institutions and beliefs of the 3rd dimension to living in higher frequencies based on love and light.

We who observe and prepare you for the great transformation, and there are many of us from around the universe, have known this since the beginning of our involvement – many years ago. Since there is no way out of the 3rd dimension except through transformation, let us explore some of what it will be like in the higher frequencies. What will remain the same? What will be different?

Earth has stated that she is not going away; rather she is ascending to a higher, lighter frequency. She will then function as a brilliant sphere that many souls will desire to experience. Actually she is returning to the frequency that she enjoyed prior to being overwhelmed by the dark energy. From this you can deduce that much of what you perceive as your physical environment will remain intact, albeit somewhat modified. Oceans, mountains, and plains will take on a new brilliance. Deserts will turn green. Plants will have new vibrancies; some will no longer be present. Earth’s animal kingdom will reorganize itself, as all will be based on Oneness. This applies to insects, birds, and fish, as well as mammals.

Humans will be present on Earth, basking in her higher frequencies. Indications of this are the myriad children being born with extraordinary facilities of awareness. These crystal or indigo children are the forerunners of the humans of the new Earth. They will be teachers of their elders who remain with Earth as she ascends to the higher frequencies. The children, easily adapting to a higher frequency world, will lead the way to creating a pristine paradise for humanity.

You will notice major changes in your own body, as well as those of others, as physicality resonates with Earth’s higher frequency. The more sensitive among you are already feeling changes in your bodies. Think of people you know functioning exclusively from a place of love. Imagine yourself infused with light, functioning from a place of love, relating to others with love. You and those who transition to the new Earth will be transformed, and the ways in which you act will be quite different. You will live longer and your body will gradually become younger in support of your new frequency.

The humans of the new Earth will still eat and drink. They will still need shelter, as the climate will moderate but not become tropical. Humans will desire relationships with each other. And humans of the new Earth will want to organize themselves in various ways. Since all will be functioning from a place of love, for no other vibration will be comfortable at these new levels of light, and everyone will be telepathic, organizations will take on new dimensions among people who are functioning from Oneness. There will be little need for organizations such as governments, and there will be no military or police.

Since people will still require food and shelter, and since not everyone will have similar abilities to provide these, there will be a barter system. And since there are limits to bartering, a monetary system will come into existence. Such things as these will happen rather quickly as people “remember” how to construct such a system. (This will be much different than the gradual evolution of monetary systems that occurred historically.) People will recall how the monetary systems of old did not serve them, so there will be no lending or ability to use the monetary system for power of one over another. As previously explored in these messages, elaborate constructs such as corporations will be unnecessary.

Beliefs, and the institutions associated with them, will disappear as people learn to rely on truth. The true nature of man as a soul having a bodily experience will be the basis of all, along with the truth about the elegance of man’s soul. The truth about mankind’s history on this planet will be unveiled. The truth about God and His universe will become apparent with the appearance of our brothers and sisters from other star systems. Truth will be the norm, so education will be quite different among people who “know” rather than believe. There will be no opportunity for one to seek advantage over another by using their superior insights or abilities. Rather education will be a collaborative learning experience involving beings from around the universe.

There will be no disease caused by fear, stress, viruses, bacteria, or parasites; these are part of the 3rd dimension fear-based paradigm. There may be a need for doctors to attend to the occasional broken arm, but physical bodies will be universally healthy within Earth’s new environment. People will be educated to honor and care for their physical health; this will be the principle activity of the “medical” profession. Things like massage will still be required for those who over-tax their bodies, but the absence of stress and the ability to adjust one’s physical form will eliminate much of the need for any type of outside assistance.

The environmental problems caused by the burning of fossil fuels and mining for such fuels, plus minerals and metals will be terminated. Machinery that depends on the burning of fossil fuels will no longer function as supplies disappear. Transportation will grind to a halt, as will the production of electricity from fossil fuels. Alternative technologies will be introduced to provide electricity; new technologies will be introduced to replace existing machines.

In the higher dimensions you will immediately notice that there are fewer people on Earth. Only those who can truly enjoy the higher frequencies will be present. Those of you who desire to ascend with Earth will discover ways to increase your frequency. Some individuals will immediately ascend to much higher frequencies, there they will then act as mentors and coaches for those in the lower frequencies, such is done today by your brothers and sisters from other star systems.

You might glean from the above that the process of transforming Earth to a higher frequency might take some time. That more gradual process was to have started many years ago; it has been repeatedly delayed by the actions of the dark energy and its minions, as they cling to the last vestiges of their power and wealth in order to maintain the status quo, and continue the enslavement of mankind. As it stands today, the transformation will be swift, occurring over the coming months. We see the monetary system as the first man-made construct to crumble. Governments, corporations, and religions will quickly follow.

The collapse of man made structures is playing out against a background of energies coming to Earth from distant sources. These energies are already impacting everyone’s’ physical and emotional body. Physical disabilities are surfacing. Emotions are being exaggerated. Relationships are being tested. The process of transforming humans from carbon-based to crystal can be a somewhat painful and disconcerting experience. Earth is also receiving these energies as witnessed by the extraordinary “natural” and man-made disasters, plus extreme weather, all occurring since the beginning of the year. These will intensify in the coming months as Earth sheds the remaining vestiges of the darkness of the 3rd dimension.

I will now respond to questions posed by the readers of these communications. Is God energy or is He someone we may talk with? As with any question about God, the answer is almost always both and much more. He is the energy that created and now upholds this universe. At the same time He is intimate with you, and is very capable of speaking to you. God is present everywhere in His universe. Very simply, God Is.

Another question relates to divinity and to soul groups. Some say that each human can be seen as divine because their soul is so wondrous and beautiful. The soul of each earth human, and indeed of all beings throughout the universe, is beautiful, and is everlasting in that it survives mortal life. At the same time a soul reincarnates over and over again, along with souls of a soul group who are all learning, experiencing, and growing. Each soul is on a journey to become all that it may become, to advance to higher energies and greater wisdom. The members of the soul group play different roles for each other: father or mother, son or daughter, friends or adversary, different races, and sexual preferences. The individual soul is also part of a cumulative oversoul that is amassing the collective experiences of many lifetimes. Add that there is no time in the soul level and you have individual and cumulative souls at a divine level all in simultaneous time.

Your dreams and states of semi-consciousness are important in that they provide information about your soul’s activities. Dreams are another way of looking at your life as a human. They may portend the future or they may give insights into the present. Keeping notes on your dreams is important, as the memories fade with the new day. In the dream state you may travel, may encounter, and may gain knowledge. Those of us who are at higher frequencies often use dreams and states of semi-consciousness to impart messages.

As to why we are not coming down from our starships to assist you, we are. Many of your star brothers and sisters walk among you. Some are materialized as humans with whom you interact. Some are walk-ins. Many of your race have been contacted, some from childhood. Your star brothers and sisters are conscious of your free will and will not trample on it despite a great desire to assist. At the same time, a much larger number of your space brothers and sisters await here in orbit, await your invitation to come in peace. With current attitudes and control of the media by those in power, any mass appearance would be misconstrued as an aggressive act and would be resisted militarily. This would result in unacceptably high numbers of casualties among those who are not awakened. Since this is to be avoided, we are finding other ways to make appearances in peace and love.

You are in unusual times and so shall it continue until the course for mankind becomes clear. There are signs that indicate progress is being made, and the longer it goes on the nearer you come to the day of reckoning for the Illuminati. There is no way back for them, as we are at the end of a cycle that will see the passing of the old Earth. It is changing along with you and all life forms upon it. As individuals some of you are noting the changes within self, and it is a feeling of contentment and peace that is not affected by what is going on around you. You carry a positive outlook and know that you will go all the way to Ascension. That is what we have been working towards for a very long time and as we repeatedly inform you, nothing can stop it coming.

Your Sun continues to play a major part in what is happening throughout the solar system. Its intensity is increasing and it is bringing a response from you and Mother Earth. Physical changes will increase proportionally, but we are here to ensure that they do not have devastating results. We are protecting you as far as possible, but some loss of life is inevitable. Simply remember that all souls on Earth to witness and take part in the end times, are those who desired to be present. Fear nothing that happens as we are working behind the scenes, and before long we will be able to do so openly. The official contact with you may well come all of a sudden, and be accompanied by an organized showing of our craft. Matters are coming to a head and whilst our patience is unlimited, there are nevertheless time lines that we must necessarily adhere to.

Your levels of consciousness continue to grow exponentially, and it gathers speed as those who are ahead are instrumental in helping others lift up. This will continue unabated, and the dark Ones no longer have any answer or means of stopping it. They try to bury their head in the sand and ignore the obvious consequences, but will soon discover that it is a quicksand and that their time is up. We will always have the upper hand as when our negotiations are refused, we can use our divine authority to bring a sudden and complete end to their power. They cannot hold us to ransom or prevent mankind moving forward. As you might say, our offer is on the table and it is final, but either way we shall lead you on to Ascension.

The energies as ever continue to charge the Earth, and are being felt by those who are sensitive to the changes. Your scientists are also noting what is happening, but presently cautious and not totally prepared to voice their findings. However, the truth will slowly come out, and help establish the truth of what has been taking place and the effect upon you. What is happening is the wonderful and beautiful transformation of Mother Earth and all life forms, and already it is there for you to see if you are awakened to it. See the new, rather than focus on the old as it disintegrates before your eyes, and this way you will place your energy where it does the most good.

Although conditions continue to be chaotic in many parts of the world, there is nevertheless an underlying sense of peace as the ultimate goal is realized. Being able to go through life without fear allows for such an achievement, as there is nothing that can bring your vibrations down. You can face any trauma with full confidence, knowing that in a relatively short time everything will change for the good of all. With each change the greater goal will become apparent, and you will achieve even more confidence. To hold on to your faith is asking a lot without proof of what is to come, but that will be given as soon as our presence is officially recognized. Also when we can openly come to Earth, we will make presentations that will ensure you are fully aware of what is involved in preparing for Ascension. We are on this journey with you and we want to share our knowledge with you. After all, many of you will eventually join us and you will quickly be lifted to our dimensional level.

We note that the financial situation is leading towards a total revision, and already the break up of large organizations is proposed. As smaller units they will be more manageable and easily controlled, so that there is never a repeat of the fiasco that has brought countries to their knees. Power is to correctly revert to the people from whom unscrupulous bankers took it many years ago. This will all be part of the restoration of your rights, and will continue until once again you are Sovereign Beings. This is an absolute promise and part of the divine decree to restore you and your Earth to what it used to be. Then it shall continue to lift up through the process of Ascension and beyond, in a never-ending journey to even higher dimensions.

Whatever way you look at it the future for you is assured, and you will be following in the footsteps of those who have gone before. You will understand that there is nothing new that is taking place, as it is a natural step up that occurs when souls have reached a certain level of consciousness. The old will have served its purpose well, and you are ready for new adventures. However, these will be in the higher dimensions, unless you elect to serve other civilizations that are still in duality. The Galactic Federation will exist in its present format, until every civilization has evolved sufficiently to join us. That is our service to others through the ordination by God, and that is why we are here in great numbers to see you safely achieve Ascension.

Meantime we urge you to never relax your guard, as until we remove the dark ones they will continue to try their best to abort the work we are doing together. Our allies are spread all over the world, but the main focus is still upon America. It is where it is expected that the long awaited announcement about us will come from very soon. Yes, you have heard this many times but it does draw nearer and with a number of options in mind, we know it cannot be delayed much longer.

We limit the effects of natural and also unnatural changes, but many have to be allowed to occur for the sake of Mother Earth. Selamat Balik! We return with more to discuss with you. Presently, important talks with the dark cabal's leaders are being held at various locations around your globe. These secret meetings pave the way for the transition of several major governments. Concurrently, those who study the changing conditions of your world's economy sense that an economic disaster, akin to that of September 2008, could happen this fall. These dire warnings have had unsettling effects on the world's major stock, bond, and commodity boards, especially since the principle banks have failed to recover from that tumultuous time. Indeed, the amount of unreported debt has risen a hundredfold or more. These predicaments haunt the dark cabal's power structures, and no solution seems possible other than a direct transfer of power to our Earth allies. Yet the dark is hesitant to give up and face the consequences offered to them by the Light. This is the urgent impasse we are now fully engaged in; a transfer of power needs to be made and made swiftly by the dark.
We enter these negotiations knowing full well what is expected of us. Not only has the dark overstayed its time in power, but it remains arrogant to the point of demanding to be exempt from the consequences of its vile actions. Across the planet poverty and disease is spreading. The scrabble for existence for the vast majority of your world population has deepened in the past decade, despite the availability of a wealth so vast that it could easily resolve these blights. Again, not only are the dark cabalists sitting on this huge abundance but they are also preventing the distribution of another enormous fund belonging to the Earth allies. All this must be put right immediately, which is why we initiated the present talks with the dark. We do not wish to be seen by you as anything other than a beneficent presence, whose purpose is to ensure that the necessary changes happen in your governments and in your global economy. Our concern is that a minority of your populace fervently believes in the concept of 'evil invaders from outer space'. This fiction has been hammered home by your mass entertainment media since the late 1930s.

There exists a more direct means to ensure the dark's full compliance to Heaven's and our demands as we possess the technology to easily police these agreements. Naturally, we do not wish to show our hand until such is required. In its secret inventory the dark has several types of technology that were kept deliberately primitive by their former off-world allies. We became privy to this information once these former dark allies opted to join the Light back in 1995. Archangel Michael at that time gave us access to a number of sacred decrees that were put into effect throughout this galaxy in 1995. These were subsequently honored by the dark galactic creator, Anchara, leading to the galactic treaty between the former Anchara Alliance and the Galactic Federation of Light. From this treaty surfaced a huge amount of intel concerning what had been filtered down by the dark to your various secret governments, and all of it is very advanced compared to what is in use in your public arena. However, it is also very primitive compared to ours, and this gives us an advantage we wish to use, with Heaven's permission.

The present course we are on is reaching a point where our intervention is required. But first, some back-story: Galactic Federation personnel have been intervening in your affairs for over 13 millennia, making anti-interventionist qualms from many quarters in your society largely irrelevant. What gives us pause is the above-mentioned propaganda that is swallowed whole by many of you. In contrast, consider the context you see playing out around you: a huge transformation of who you are is manifestly underway and has been initiated by Heaven in order to return you to full consciousness. At her behest, we too have come to assist in carrying out the Divine Will. Those who oppose the Divine Will are the dark ones who control many of your governments, your economy, and your major philosophies. Their dark secret orders use vast wealth and power to manipulate your beliefs and create societies that demand your compliance. In opposition to this are the Light-oriented groups that we support.

The crucial step now before us is to affect a successful transfer of power. The Anunnaki, as advisors to us since 1995 on matters concerning the dark cabalists, recommend several courses of action. The cabalists disregarded the Anunnaki's exhortation in 1995 to join the Light, as this rogue group felt this was not in their best interests (Heaven specifically requested that the Anunnaki not annihilate them, in favor of gentler ways of transformation.) Since then, under Heaven's guidance, we have used various approaches to bring these recalcitrant ones around, but, as you can see, to no avail. They threaten to provoke panic among you if we unveil our craft, by using the old poppycock ploy of 'invaders from space'! Having exhausted all diplomatic avenues, Heaven has approved our use of more direct creative solutions which we intend to employ as soon as the present 'talks' are concluded.

The circumstances surrounding this first contact have been unique and difficult since its inception in the early 1990s. Normally, we allow a Science and Exploration Fleet to enter into a first contact mode only if a number of preconditions are met. When the Sirian Regional Galactic Federation Council ordered a first contact with you, none of these preconditions were extant. In fact, a majority of star-nations opposed such an operation, and it was Heaven's desires that overruled the Council's decision. The resulting first-contact team was therefore to be an amalgam of the original 50 human star-nations that colonized Lemuria some 900,000 years ago. This was a symbolic gesture decreed by Heaven and followed by us. Many of the star-nations to be used on this mission were not even current members of the appropriate Galactic Federation Regional Council.

We find ourselves, therefore, in a strange predicament comprising several conflicting strands: on one hand, Heaven daily decrees your freedom and sovereignty, while those in power have no qualms about killing every one of you in order to stay in power. On the other hand, we are mandated to carry out Heaven's decrees, and this appears to necessitate the forceful ouster of the dark Beings.
