Greetings! We arrive with more to tell you! At present the last phases of the ongoing struggle between our Earth allies and your last dark cabal are approaching an end. We fully expect the long-awaited victory to be shortly upon us. Clearing your reality of the nefarious ones is a prerequisite to first contact. We have watched these denizens of the shadows slither way from a number of recent, near-fatal attacks made upon them. These close calls clearly demonstrate how far their capabilities have deteriorated and, hence, their increasing vulnerability. Further, the dark cabal's machinery for foisting sophisticated acts of terrorism and criminality upon the masses, and passing these off in the media as something quite other, is faltering badly; many of these crimes are coming to within a hair's breadth of detection. This bungling is symptomatic of just how much the cabal's grip is waning, and this decline in control is not lost on our Earth allies. The dark cabal is demonstrably fragile and open to infiltration, which means it is then but a short step away from being utterly crushed. We watch its many factions create media diversions that are at once exposed as such by perceptive Internet bloggers.

The dark ones' increasing weakness is still largely undetected by the average citizen and so they retain great power to interfere in people's daily lives and to manipulate them into believing their parade of mischievous lies. But behind the scenes the Light continues to make inroads against these formerly all-powerful minions of the dark, clearing the path for those within many governmental agencies to prepare for the maneuvers that will oust a number of major regimes from power. These legal putsches open the door to the lineup of policies that are to cure your multiple global woes and bring about a peaceful, cooperative, and prosperous new world. They also permit the broadcast of the public announcements, which will introduce many new technologies. These long-hidden technologies can alleviate many of your present energy, pollution, and economic difficulties, including greatly upgrading your communication capabilities.

These remedies are being kept back from you by the dark cabal. Those presently in power are deeply worried that their positions can be wrested from them and, consequently, closely guard any technology that has the potential to progress your world, or that is not under their firm control. This policy is behind the UFO cover-up and the suppression of literally thousands of inventions that inadvertently paralleled what the dark was secretly developing. The science used at this secret level introduces the notion that your public-arena scientific theorems and hypotheses are less than correct. Also at risk are your long-held philosophies and perceptions of reality, which your "official science" supports. You could say that this sequestered science is a veritable Pandora's box for everything you were taught to believe in. Also, pressure is being brought to bear on the dark by the consciousness revolution, which is beginning to question the many "sacred cows" of science. Your reality dearly wants to change, whether or not the dark approves.

This quiet consciousness revolution will simply not go away. The dark cabal sees that its global efforts to quash this upsurge are both unwieldy and, ultimately, unequal to the task. Consciousness is rising all over the planet and bringing together many individuals whose determined quests for the truth have furnished them with a veritable smorgasbord of facts. These facts are to be found all over the Internet and when woven together coherently have a profound effect upon many. Now a considerable segment of your global population is committed to change. The arguments for change are at present mostly intellectual, or manifesting as ritual action to save Mother Earth and her human society. All told, a rapidly growing movement has precipitated and is making a difference in many parts of your world. This further rattles the dark, and now a major thrust of the dark's global game plan includes crushing this awakening and somehow returning your world to its former somnolent ways.

These movements for change, while still mostly limited in action, are global in scope, and our Earth allies nurture them. Whether instigating people-oriented banking practices, small "green" community businesses, or providing opportunities for families to escape "poverty thinking," these movements are taking on age-old traditions and beliefs and standing them on their heads. New ideas are creatively changing the networks that can make a society better, richer, and smarter than before, and are also solving the small, local needs that develop communities. These grassroots activities are a good start, but they also require the support of wealthy and powerful mentors, and this is where our Earth allies come in. The results of this connection are quite awe-inspiring, and provide further proof that the tide of change is unstoppable.

All that is happening on your world reinforces our belief that first contact is near. On macro- and micro-levels, a great momentum for change is on the rise and gaining strength and scope rapidly. Never before on your planet has such a diverse group for change come together. Although beginning on the fringes, groups for all sorts of change are proliferating, including parties for peace and prosperity. "Green" philosophy has led to political parties and to the rise of new industry based on knowledge that fosters environmental awareness and global stewardship. These attitudes are preparing the ground for the many exotic technologies that are to solve your energy and pollution crises. This includes the necessity to bring social responsibility to center stage.

The desperate straits of large sections of your global populace cry out for social responsibility, and this moves our Earth allies to hasten the downfall of the last cabal. The measures taken to stop your awakening consciousness are failing, and this dark group is growing frantic. Heaven has set in motion a means to return you to full consciousness, and the dark ones now see how futile it is to oppose this. The dark-run media sphere that fills your days with misinformation is still under their control for now, but elsewhere the siege of the Light upon the mighty fortress of the dark is succeeding. The walls are crumbling and the besieged are becoming weary. You are watching a pivotal watershed event taking place before your eyes; namely, the long-awaited moment when, finally, the dominion of the dark disintegrates, to be replaced by something more to your liking and more befitting your budding capabilities.

You are teetering on the verge of a major evolutionary leap in consciousness. Our role is to guide you through this and mentor you in many new ways of perception. It is no easy feat to radically transform who you are and what you believe, and to equip you to completely reorganize your global society. But it can be done, and done rapidly. For starters, you have much catching up to do because of the restraints put on your society by the dark. Thereafter, your innate potential will embrace the vistas opening up before you with joy. We have no doubt that once you are returned to full consciousness and pointed in the proper direction you are limitless. No one can ever tell you what is not divinely possible. We have complete confidence in you to build your star-nation and create a list of what you wish to do. Once your blossoming is well underway, you will add your insightful voice to ours within the many councils of the Galactic Federation.

Today, we looked at some of the things shaping developments on your world. Be in joy, and focus on the prize. The dark is about to relinquish its suffocating hold on your world, and thus many amazing events are close. Be ready, and know that Together, You are Victorious! Know in your Heart of Hearts that the perpetual Supply and infinite Abundance of Heaven are indeed Yours! Selamat Majon! Selamat Kasitaram! A Lesson In Hope

I wish to share that a tool of suppression the Cabal use is
"helplessness."
Wendi relays an important instructive story from Councillor For the
Watchers:
When people do not believe they can make a difference, they will not try
to do so. This is a law of nature. Only those who have a glimmer of hope
and belief that they can somehow manage to turn the wheels of fate will even
attempt to do so. This is a close paraphrase to something the Councillor
for the Watchers told Asheoma once in conversation.

Hope and belief are two things the Cabal don't want spread. In fact,
Asheoma told me about some story (I think it was something that happened on
Earth, but I don't remember the detail) but he said that there was a large
group of men who were prisoners of war. He said that they had no way to get
help or get free at all. By all rights, they were as good as dead. He said
that Star Nations knew the power of hope and so they had a Zeta go to one of
the men in his sleep and tell him that they would be free in five days.
Zeta never told him how, and they guy thought it was some soldier that found
them and was telling him that in the dark. Anyway, he started to spread the
word. Asheoma said they had over 100 prisoners in this camp and there were
only about 15 guards assigned to that place.
He said that on the first day, no one believed the guy. But the guy did
not give up and he had hope and as he continued to talk and insisted on what
he heard that the others started to believe him. By the third day, every
prisoner in the place was unmanageable due to the excitement and hope that
had been built. By the fourth day, the guards were believing it. They were
told that the enemy was no where close to them and they had better put an
order to the situation. On the fifth day, the prisoners were totally out
of hand and shouting that they would be free that day. The guards by this
point were convinced that someone was coming to free them. The guards ended
up all leaving their posts and running away so the enemy would not kill them
when they got there. By the evening, the prisoners had figured out that all
the guards had left. They easily broke free and had no trouble making an
escape. When they made it back to a base camp, the commanding officer was
in shock.

US Prepares For 'Doomsday' Rule As British Forces Arrive In America

Russian Military Analysts are reporting in the Kremlin today that
China's President Hu has refused the United States request for over $2
Trillion in emergency assistance to bolster the collapsing American
Dollar, and asked for in a personal meeting with the former US President
Bush, the father of the current President Bush.

Of the worst fears of the American Bush-Clinton Monarchy, which has
ruled the US these past 20 years, these reports state, is the collapse
of their privately owned hedge fund called the Carlyle Capital Fund and
which is owned by their secretive war profiteering International
behemoth Carlyle Group led by the Bush Family, Former British Prime
Ministers, and others of the West's ruling elite, and as we can read as
reported by Britain's Independent News Service:

"A fund managed by the US private equity giant Carlyle Group has become
the latest to be hit by demands from lending banks making calls on loans
secured on mortgage bonds.

Carlyle Capital Corp, a publicly traded fund that holds $21.7bn
(£10.8bn) of securities, said it had received a default notice from one
of its lending banks and expected at least one more after it failed to
meet demands for extra security from jittery counterparties.

The Guernsey-based fund has struggled to meet more than $60m of margin
calls and demands for extra collateral since the start of the month. It
met the calls until Wednesday, when it was landed with more than $37m of
demands and missed four out of seven calls."

To the greatest concerns, however, of Russian Military Commanders are
the reports of President Bush's younger brother Neil's 'sudden' visit to
the South American Nation of Paraguay as a guest of the secretive South
Korean backer of the Bush-Clinton Monarchy, and self-proclaimed
"messiah" Reverend Sun Myung Moon, and as we can read as reported by the
Associated Press News Service:

"Neil Bush, younger brother of U.S. President George W. Bush, called on
Paraguay's president as the guest of a business federation founded by
the Rev. Sun Myung Moon.

A presidential press office source, who spoke on condition of not being
named, confirmed the younger Bush met President Nicanor Duarte on
Thursday along with a delegation from the Universal Peace Federation, a
group associated with Moon."

[It is important to note that the Bush Family has reportedly already
made plans to relocate from the United States to Paraguay, and as we had
reported on in our October 15, 2006 report titled "US President Bush
Makes Massive Land Purchase In Paraguay Ahead Of Expected War Crimes
Charges", but denied by the US State Department, as that South American
Nation has long been a refuge for Nazi War Criminals and their Western
backers, of which the Bush Family were one of.]

The timing of this Bush Family-Moon visit to Paraguay during that
Nation's horrific outbreak of yellow fever, and which has caused its
President to declare a 'State of Emergency', meant, these reports say,
that 'normal' abilities of [deleted] to track the whereabouts of these
subjects was severely hampered due to the many restrictions placed upon
the free movement of people within the country.

This has led Russian Commanders to believe that the Bush-Clinton
Monarchy may be preparing for what the Americans themselves have titled
a 'Doomsday' scenario under new laws passed in the US in 2005 and which
has been described as:

"No longer do Capitol Hill legislators need a quorum to do the people's
business. Now under a piece of hotly contested legislation passed
without media attention on Jan. 5,[2005] only a few members of Congress
are needed to do official business in the event of a catastrophe instead
of the usual 218. Critics claim H. Res. 5 paves the way for tyranny,
allowing "only a few to decide for so many."

As we had previously reported on in our February 24, 2008 report titled
"Canadian Troops To Patrol US Cities As Food Riots Feared", and where
Russian Military Analysts had voiced their fears of the agreement signed
by the Americans and Canada to allow their troops on each others soil,
these new reports detail an even darker picture that details that
British, and not American, Officers are currently being trained to
'control' US citizens, and as we can read as reported by the LJWorld
News Service in their report titled "Brits overrun town for training
exercise", and which says:

"Thursday may have seemed like any other day for most in Leavenworth,
but for about 180 British officers, an enemy was on the loose
threatening civilians. Tactical forces were moved in, and soldiers took
their positions outside schools and churches preparing to isolate the
terrorist activity. While it may have been a fictional enemy in theory,
for visiting officers with the United Kingdom's Intermediate Command and
Staff Course who were roaming the streets of Leavenworth, the tactical
solutions they used to end the threats were real."

In previous reports we had detailed how the US Military had begun asking
their soldiers if they would fire on American citizens and which has led
to their War Leaders request to have Canadian and British Military
Forces take command in putting down the expected rebellions in the
United States as they are more likely to have no problems killing those
not of their own nationality.

Facing the American people now is the very real coming destruction of
their Nation, and which their leaders have planned both for the success,
and failure of, no matter the cost in human lives.

But, in viewing from outside this destruction of the United States, it
remains unsettling how few of these people realize the great danger they
are in. It is as if they believe that by their not knowing the truth of
the monsters who are leading them they themselves will somehow be
protected.

And, as their once World-valued currency plummets into worthlessness, as
tens of thousands of them begin to lose their jobs, as the price they
pay for fuel and food continues skyrocketing, as they continue to be
forced out of their homes by the millions, as many millions more of them
have watched the value of their homes crumble into dust, virtually none
of them are preparing for the catastrophes to come.

One cannot help but believe that these peoples are all insane.

For Workers Strikes Against the War! ILWU to Shut Down West Coast Ports May 1 Demanding End to War in Iraq, Afghanistan In a major step for the U.S. labor movement, the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) has announced that it will shut down West Coast ports on May 1, to demand an immediate end to the war and occupation in Iraq and Afghanistan and the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the Middle East. In a February 22 letter to AFL-CIO president John Sweeney, ILWU International president Robert McEllrath reported that at a recent coast-wide union meeting, “One of the resolutions adopted by caucus delegates called on longshore workers to stop work during the day shift on May 1, 2008 to express their opposition to the war in Iraq.” This is the first time in decades that an American union has decided to undertake industrial action against a U.S. war. It is doubly important that this mobilization of labor’s power is to take place on May Day, the international workers day, which is not honored in the U.S. Moreover, the resolution voted by the ILWU delegates opposes not only the hugely unpopular war in Iraq, but also the war and occupation of Afghanistan (which Democratic candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and Republican John McCain all want to expand). The motion to shut down the ports also demands the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the entire region, including the oil sheikdoms of the strategically important Persian/Arab Gulf. The Internationalist Group has fought from the moment U.S. troops invaded Afghanistan in September 2002 for American unions to strike against the war. Despite the fact that millions have marched in the streets of Europe and the United States against the war in Iraq, the war goes on. Neither of the twin war parties of U.S. imperialism – Democrats and Republicans – and none of the capitalist candidates will stop this horrendous slaughter that has already killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqis. The only way to stop the Pentagon killing machine is by mobilizing the power of a greater force – that of the international working class. The action announced by the powerful West Coast dock workers union, to stop work to stop the war, should be taken up by unions and labor organizations throughout the United States and internationally. The ILWU should be commended for courageously taking the first step, and it is up to working people everywhere to back them up. Wherever support is strong enough, on May 1 there should be mass walkouts, sick-outs, labor marches, plant-gate meetings, lunch-time rallies, teach-ins. And the purpose of such actions should be not to beg the bourgeois politicians whose hands are covered with blood, having voted for every war budget for six and a half years, but a show of strength of the working people who make this country run, and who can shut it down! Now is the time for bold class action. Opposition to the war is even greater in the U.S. working class than in the population as a whole, more than two-thirds of which wants to stop the war but is stymied by the capitalist political system. In his letter to Sweeney, the ILWU president asked “if other AFL-CIO affiliates are planning to participate in similar events.” Labor militants should make sure the answer to that question is a resounding “yes!” There should be no illusions that this will be easy. No doubt the Pacific Maritime Association (PMA) bosses will try to get the courts to rule the stop-work action illegal. The ILWU leadership could get cold feet, since this motion was passed because of overwhelming support from the delegates despite attempts to stop it or, failing that, to water it down or limit the action. And the U.S. government could try to ban it on the grounds of “national security,” just as Bush & Co. slapped a Taft-Hartley injunction on the docks during contract negotiations in the fall of 2002, saying that any work stoppage was a threat to the “war effort,” and threatened to occupy the ports with troops! The answer to every attempt to sabotage or undercut this first labor action against this war, and against Washington’s broader “war on terror” which is intended to terrorize the world into submission must be to redouble efforts to bring out workers’ power independent of the capitalist parties and politicians. If the ILWU work stoppage is successful, it will only be a small, but very important, beginning that must be generalized and deepened. It will take industrial-strength labor action to defeat the imperialist war abroad and the bosses’ war on immigrants, oppressed minorities, poor and working people “at home.” ILWU in the Forefront of Labor Action Against the War Workers strike action against imperialist war isn’t new – it just hasn’t happened here for a long, long time. During World War I there were huge mass strikes in Germany against the battlefield carnage, culminating in the downfall of the kaiser in November 1918. A year earlier in Russia, working-class opposition to the war led to the overthrow of the tsar and the October Revolution led by Lenin and Trotsky’s Bolsheviks. The Internationalist Group and League for the Fourth International call today for transport workers to “hot cargo” (refuse to handle) war shipments. In the early 1920s, Communist-led French dock workers did exactly that, boycotting ships carrying war materiel to suppress a colonial rebellion in the Rif region of Morocco, as they also did during France’s war in Indochina in the 1950s. In the U.S., the ILWU struck in 1948 amid Cold War hysteria and in defiance of the “slave labor” Taft-Hartley Act to defend its union hiring hall against the bosses and government screaming about “reds” in the union leadership. In 1953, at the height of McCarthyite witch-hunting, the ILWU called a four-day general strike in Hawaii of sugar, pineapple and dock workers over the jailing of seven union members for being communists. During the Vietnam War, socialist historian Isaac Deutscher said that he would trade all the peace marches for a single dock strike. The ILWU was the first U.S. union to oppose the Vietnam war, but during war and especially during the 1971 strike union leader Harry Bridges refused to stop the movement of military cargo. (Ship owners made use of this by falsely labeling cargo as “military” to evade picket lines and undermine the strike.) This betrayal went hand in hand with a “mechanization and modernization” contract that slashed union jobs. As the U.S.-led imperialist invasion of Iraq was looming, in January 2003 train drivers in Scotland refused to move a freight train carrying munitions to a NATO military base. The next month, Italian railroad unionists and antiwar activists blocked NATO war trains by occupying the rails. In the United States, ILWU dock workers were a target of “anti-terrorist” government repression, as police fired supposedly “less than lethal” munitions point blank at an antiwar protest on the Oakland, California docks, injuring six longshore workers and arresting 25 people (who eventually won their legal case against the police). And every year since the war started, the San Francisco/Oakland ILWU Local 10 has voted for motions for labor action against the war. Usually they were voted down at caucuses and conventions of the ILWU, but not this time. Last May, Local 10 longshoremen and Local 34 ships clerks refused to cross picket lines set up by the Oakland Teachers Association and antiwar activists, defying arbitrators’ orders by refusing to work ships of the notorious antiunion outfit, Stevedoring Services of America (see “Oakland Dock Workers Honor Picket, Shut Down War Cargo Shipper,” The Internationalist No. 26, July 2007). In the aftermath of that action, the union issued a call for a Labor Conference to Stop the War that would “plan workplace rallies, labor mobilizations in the streets and strike action against the war.” The Call to Action stated: “ILWU Local 10 has repeatedly warned that the so-called ‘war on terror’ is really a war on working people and democratic rights. Around the country, hundreds of unions and labor councils have passed motions condemning the war, but that has not stopped the war. We need to use labor’s muscle to stop the war by mobilizing union power in the streets, at the plant gates and on the docks to force the immediate and total withdrawal of all U. S. troops from Afghanistan and Iraq.” As the conference date approached, the union was the target of several police attacks, including a vicious cop assault on two black dock workers from San Francisco working in the port of Sacramento. Some 250 demonstrators from every ILWU local in Northern California rallied in their defense outside the courthouse. Their trial to be set march 18 at a hearing will encounter even larger demonstrations. The Internationalist Group and its union supporters helped build and attended the October 20 conference, along with some 150 labor and socialist activists from the Bay Area, elsewhere in California and across the country. At the meeting, a particular focus was resistance to the Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC), which threatens minority workers and the union hiring hall, and which the Democratic Party in particular has been pushing in order to carry out a purge of dock workers in the name of the “war on terror.” Not long after that conference, a federal judge ordered Local 10 elections canceled and replaced by a Labor Department-run vote, on the eve of 2008 contract bargaining. Federal agents even invaded the union hall to enforce their order. This action is a threat to the independence of all unions. This set the stage for the recent longshore-warehouse caucus, which voted a motion for a 24-hour “No Peace, No Work Holiday” against the war. The resolution was introduced in Local 10 by Jack Heyman, who also presented the motion for the 24 April 1999 coast-wide port shutdown demanding freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal, the former Black Panther and renowned radical journalist who has been on Pennsylvania’s death row for the last quarter century. Although the union tops maneuvered to prevent Heyman from being elected as a delegate to the Coast Caucus, the motion passed in Local 10. At the Caucus, the delegate from Local 34 referred to the October Labor Conference to Stop the War as the origin of the motion. At the close of the Caucus on February 8, there was a vigorous debate on the resolution. The union tops tried to stop it, to no avail. They kept asking, “are you sure you want to do this action.” The delegates overwhelmingly said “yes.” Even conservative trade unionists, including veterans of the Vietnam War, were getting up saying the government is lying to us, we’ve had it with this war, we’ve got to put a stop to it now. So instead the bureaucrats tried to gut the motion, which was cut down from 24 hours to 8, and changed into a “stop-work” meeting (covered by a contract clause) instead of a straight-out shutdown, thinking that this would lessen opposition from the employers. In the end there was a voice vote and only three delegates out of 100 voted against. The efforts to undercut the motion continue, as is to be expected from a leadership which, like the rest of the pro-capitalist labor bureaucracy, seeks “labor peace” with the bosses. In his letter to Sweeney, ILWU International president tried to present the action as an effort to “express support for the troops by bringing them home safely,” although the motion voted by the delegates says nothing of the sort. Playing the “support our troops” game is an effort to swear loyalty to the broader aims of U.S. imperialism. It aids the warmongers, when what’s needed is independent working-class action against the system that produces endless imperialist war. Yet despite the efforts to water it down and distort it, the May 1 action voted for by the ILWU delegates is a call to use labor’s muscle to put an end to the war.

The Secret Government is an interlocking network of official functionaries, spies, mercenaries, ex-generals, profiteers and superpatriots, who, for a variety of motives, operate outside the legitimate institutions of government. The Russians had been our ally against the Nazis, an expedient alliance for the sake of war. Now they were our enemy. To fight them we turned to some of the very men who had inflicted on humanity the horrors of Hitler’s madness. We hired Nazis’ as American spies. Admiral Gene La Rocque: “That National Security Act of 1947 changed dramatically the direction of this great nation. It established the framework for a national security state. Never have we had a National Security Council so concerned about the nation’s security that we’re always looking for threats and looking how to orchestrate our society to oppose those threats. National Security was invented, almost, in 1947, and now it has become the prime mover of everything we do. The National Security Act also gave us the Central Intelligence Agency." In 1975 ... Congress took its first public look at the Secret Government. Senator Frank Church chaired the Select Committee to study government operations. The hearings opened the books on a string of lethal activities. From the use of electric pistols and poison pellets, to Mafia connections and drug experiments. And they gave us a detailed account of assassination plots against foreign leaders and the overthrowing of sovereign governments. This is a system easily corrupted. While freedom does have enemies in the world, it can also be undermined here at home, in the dark, by those posing as its friends.

Some of you on the path of Light are troubled through not knowing the fate of your dear ones. Family or friends, you like to think that they will share your understanding and join you on your journey to the higher dimensions. Possibly you cannot approach the subject with them, and seek indications that they are open to guidance. These are some of the most difficult circumstances that you have to face, as anyone who has advanced along the path of evolution, will have to make allowances for others and their choice of which path to follow. As much as you would like to empower them with your understanding, you must let them proceed at their own pace. Too much knowledge, too soon can have the opposite effect to what you intend.

The time to encourage another person to consider your truth is when they invite you to answer their questions. Take it easy, and do not feel the need to go beyond exactly what you feel they can handle. People like to mull over ideas that are new to them, and they are held in their consciousness for future reference. The seed of knowledge will grow, or be rejected if it does not fit in with their current understanding. However, once within the construct of their consciousness it will lie there until it is connected with further information. You cannot know when someone will experience a sudden comprehension, of something that was previously confined to the memory bank. It is sufficient to say that no matter how long it takes the truth will emerge in its own good time.

Actions do speak louder than words when it comes to living your truth. Words will carry energy with them, but so do actions and they enhance the image that is conveyed. Is not a kind act carried out in a pool of love, more potent than one without? You can engender faith in you by not trying to impose your views on another person, and by showing that you are non-judgmental. That is vital to someone with whom you are trying to create trust, so that they can come to you in confidence.

At this most important time you are moving into two well defined groups, and those who have understood want it means to be on the path of Light inevitably gravitate to one another. It is the Law of Attraction and they will seek each other out, notwithstanding the fact that your life contract will also create the circumstances in which you can come together. The more difficult group to define are those who may not even be aware that they seeking the purpose of life. Even if they are, there is so much erroneous information about that it is confusing and often beyond their understanding. This group are what you would call “the don’t knows” and they tend to be more materialistic.

Do we care about those who are not yet prepared for the future - of course we do and each one is loved every bit as much as anyone else. However we do respect their freedom to determine their own future, but will give them every chance to move fully into the Light. Like everyone else they have many unseen helpers, and they guide and direct their lives so that opportunities come their way where possible. Every soul that awakens is a victory for the Light, and be sure that each one is loved beyond measure.

You sometimes become impatient because you know that a new beginning runs alongside duality, and you want to see it manifest. Yet your present circumstances are conducive to creating extra time, that may yet see more souls rising up as they recognize the false creation they are living. The dark resort to every trick in the book to keep you under their control, but as their deeds become more obvious and blatant they are revealing their ways of manipulation and denial of your rights. It requires a new look at life and what your priorities are, as some will still content themselves with an introspective view of what is happening around them. If that is their choice it is fine, and no one will deny them their right to live in a reality of their choosing.

I have spoken about the material life that is your experience, and many find little time to pursue their spiritual life. The two should run side by side but usually materialism takes up most of people’s time, as they toil and labor for often a simple existence. There is clearly nothing wrong in aiming to lead your life in such a way that your cares and worries are taken care of, but at times it is to the exclusion of your evolution. Whatever else first and foremost you are Spiritual Beings, and you may be certain that when all else falls away, that is what will remain. It is therefore important to set aside time for that part of your life, as your experiences are for your spiritual upliftment. Lessons ignored or not learnt will return until you do so, as otherwise you cannot progress.

It is within each persons grasp to understand the purpose of life, and it does not require that you specifically join any one group for that realization. You have all knowledge within albeit it may be dormant, but when you sincerely and honestly seek the truth that is where it will be found. You can be led by others if that is your desire, but far better to follow your own intuition which will know exactly what you need. As you are all at different stages of evolution, clearly you cannot necessarily walk straight into another’s beliefs and find it suits you and fulfils your needs.

You have never had so much guidance as you are now getting, and the importance of these final years has brought many higher souls to Earth. Some are already able to help you, because they have brought great knowledge and understanding with them. They are your Star, Crystal and Indigo children, old and wise souls who are waiting to guide you the last few steps to Ascension. Beyond them are even higher Beings of Light, that beam rays to Earth that are raising the vibrations so that your consciousness is able to gently expand. Great Beings are converging upon Earth from all over your Universe, to witness your return to the Light in a most exceptional and spectacular manner. Heaven patiently awaits for your arrival, so that you can proudly join the Star Nations of ascended civilizations.

A warm welcome to the many of you joining us for the first time, and a special recognition to those who have related their story of contact with our brothers and sisters from the star civilizations, know that you are among friends.

Saturday is March 1st; remember to meditate as early in the day as possible. Our brothers and sisters from the star civilizations, and the spirits and celestials who are assisting us, have asked us to convey what we wish for the new Earth. Be as specific as you like. Earth is already a unique sphere in the galaxy; to a great extent, we who choose to go forward will determine her future uniqueness. You see, by our intention, or our lack of intention, we are already designing our future.

Now for the message of this newsletter: My journey into the unconventional (I was not yet ready for the paranormal) began in the 1960's when I was introduced to John Boyle of the Institute for Executive Research. John taught me was to relax into a less than fully conscious state, and to see that I could become whomever I wished. In the 1970's, I joined Creative Initiative and discovered the power of a dedicated, enlightened community. In 1987 I was awakened (although I did not see it that way at the time) to the path upon which I find myself today. In the 1996 I found a new way of seeing the world through psychology. All of these opened me up from my conservative upbringing, my equally stuffy and conservative business career, and my belief that Earth was the lone outpost of human civilization.

As a tangent to my study of psychology, I started writing "Trillion" in 1997, thinking it was science fiction. In 2000, I visited Roswell and "knew" something had happened there. In 2001, I watched in amazement as the Disclosure Project unfolded on the stage of the National Press Club. In June of that year, I spent a week with Steven Greer and was delighted and amazed by all manner of UFOs. My eyes, mind and soul were opened to the larger reality. In 2002, I published Trillion with my new appreciation of the larger picture, but almost no corrections from the manuscript I had used as my master's thesis of the prior year (where I got the ideas for that manuscript I am just now coming to understand).

The reason I have gone through this progression is a) to show how my own awareness developed, and b) because I have met lots of other people who are just now becoming aware of the larger picture. I hope by seeing my struggle to move beyond my stuffy, conservative background others may be encouraged to take the leap into the new reality. How have you progressed? What were the events that shaped your path?

Now, I look back on several years of experiences with out-of-body travel, remote viewing, a whole raft of books and internet information, conversations with incredible people who have shared their stories (many of you), communications with non-humans, and most recently the ability to transcribe words as they are given to me (automatic writing). This gift was present as I wrote my books, I simply did not appreciate it.

All of this is leading to my perception of Earth's transition. When I first came to understand the universe through awakened eyes, I saw cycles measured in millions of years, and I saw contact between humans and peoples of other star systems as something remote, not likely to happen to me. Then the Disclosure project came along and not long thereafter September 11th, and I dove into seeking the truth behind the headlines. The enslavement of humanity took a couple of years to become totally real. I began to see the many ways in which our lives were corrupted for the benefit of the elite. I looked back at my earlier career as a venture capitalist and saw that there were larger forces at work, and that not all of them were to my benefit. With these realizations, I came to see the world changing very swiftly, and I made preparations to plunge into the unknown.

Today, February 27th, I have come to see a bit different scenario. Very little of the new Earth will come from that which we now know. We will experience tremendous difficulties as the institution created by humans are replaced with a different way of being. The debt-based, worldwide fiat currency system will collapse. The governments of elitists and the power hungry will be reorganized. Religions of victimization and dogma will collapse under the weight of truth. Institutions like healthcare, science, education, and legal will be changed by truth and love. The media and entertainment will be replaced with something of real value. Violence will be replaced with peace, both personal and between nations.

Yes, there will be earth changes, but not as great as once imagined. Yes, the planet is warming, but it is not due to man's polluting the atmosphere, rather we are returning to a temperate worldwide climate. Yes, we will return to a time of harmony with the planet and everything and everyone on her. Yes, we will require the help of our brothers and sisters from the star civilizations to accomplish all of this. And yes, there will be a bifurcation of mankind; many will decide not to go along with Earth to her transformed state.

Rather than happening as a single catastrophic event, the transition will happen over the next few years. Rather than being some future event, the transition is already happening all around us. Rather then waiting to participate, we are already participating by contributing our energy, and with our intentions. Intentionally, or not, we are designing the transformed Earth.

2012? Any way you measure it, 2012 is not far off, considering the magnitude of the changes I foresee. Time is accelerating, so 2012 may be approaching more quickly than our calendars indicate. Many indigenous people are preparing for the change.

In the very near future, Earth will be rejuvenated, returning to the balance she enjoyed before the light dimmed in the souls of her human residents, before she became sick due to a lack of harmony. We humans, along with everything else on this planet, are a slow form of energy, physical energy. Even in our slowed state, we are constantly broadcasting who we are, what are our intentions, and what we wish for everyone and everything else.
